I was parked on the Square in Tyler and my car wouldn’t start. Alan with Friendly’s tried to jump start it, but it just wasn’t going to start. He tried other things before having to tow my car. He also helped me find a decent mechanic shop to tow the car to be fixed. He called and let me know the progress of the mechanic as they worked on my car. A very friendly, helpful gentleman who I highly recommend and his rates are extremely reasonable.
