ALLTEX HOME INSPECTION

Stephen Perry was supposed to come inspect our home during our option period. He scheduled someone else at the time he was supposed to arrive at our home. We were understanding and took a later appointment time. Unfortunately he got in a car accident on the way here (which is questionable) but he never called us informing us that he was not going to make it. When we called him to find out what was going on since we had been waiting at the house for sometime, he explained that he was in a car accident. When I asked why he didn’t notify us he yelled at me and told me to go find another inspector and abruptly hung up on me. Talk about great «service». We ended up taking a half day off work for nothing. Our realtor has made sure that she won’t be using him anymore. I don’t recommend AllTex Inspection because he just does bad business.
