Been a tenant on & off for years & there appears to be some major changes… new faces & new management, I think they’re great. I like the face to face interaction as well as quick responses from them. They are catching up on technology and Im now able to make payments online which isnt a feature they had last time I rented there. I have recommended to my friends & family. A lot of changes but they appear to all be changes for the better. They took the time to show us several homes until we found one we finally liked. We’re happy to rent with them & they’ve worked with us well.

ok really since the change in management things have really gone downhill here fast. One hand does not know what the other hand does, this place is chaos to say the least. Not happy with the customer feedback I got from potential renters. They are good in giving you the runaround.

Decent at best. They’re good at giving you the runaround on why something hasn’t been taken care of yet. After we moved they said it would take 2 – 3 weeks to get our security deposit back. We got it on the final day of that 3 week period. Point being: They were the property managers of our house for 8 months. Don’t expect great service or a lot of attention here. They are great at dragging their heels and making excuses.
