I went here because it was HIGHLY recommended by a friend so my review is low compared to what she would say. My dog went twice in the same week, the first for 3 days and the second just over night. The dogs are kept inside with access to outside by a doggy door(I do not know if they have air conditioning inside). The floors(inside and outside) are cement and the cages are approx. 3 – 4 feet by 10 – 12 feet(inside plus outside). Make sure to bring a bed for them to sleep on. They do not leave their cage the entire time they are there. Since the first time my dog was there for 3 days I was disappointed to find out he would never be taken on a walk or let outside to play. The owners are very old so I can see why there is no interaction with the animals. My dog is VERY energetic and always has his tail up but when he came home after the last night he had his tail down for 2 – 3 days. I seriously thought it was broken or something and wanted to take him to the vet because I’ve never seen him with his tail down before. We cancelled our other appointment we had for the following week and went to Blue Barn Ranch which was a 30 minute drive further than my house. My dog came back from Blue Barn with his tail back up and his same energetic attitude back. Overall, I treat my dog like a child and I don’t think he liked his stay. I would not recommend if your dog will be staying for more than 1 night.
