Depressing Went here recently, thinking this might be a nice family day out. When I got there, I was shocked to see the small cages the large cats and bears are kept in, with zero enrichment, and only a very small house to sleep or hide. They keep large turtles in an open area where kids are allowed to jump on and hit them. The baby tiger they let 30 kids«pet» at the end looked very stressed. I quickly realized this is not the place I expected. It is certainly not a safari, more like an animal prison.

DONOTGOHERE. They abuse their tigers and who knows what other animals. If you would like to see for yourself watch the YouTube video from an undercover HSUS investigation titled«what baby tigers are forced to do might shock you». So sickening and cruel. What a disgrace.

My family and I came here while visiting Lawton. We loved it. The animals are beautiful. The staff was very sweet. Did I mention how much we loved the animals? We got to feed a tiger and my husband fed the mountain lion. So cool! So very cool. If you get the chance you should definitely check it out.
