I love what’s happening in Old Town Tustin! I visited ZamaTea today with some gal pals from yoga and we bought several different flavor a to taste and share. The Peach Ginger, Cucumber Watermelon, and Lavender kombucha were spectacular! I didn’t try any of the others, but everyone else LOVED what they tried as well. Lots of delicious loose leaf teas I’d love to try too… Fennel Chai? Yes please. This place will definitely be a new part of my routine :)

Really hoping this place takes off and they really do get 10 kombucha on tap and they are consistent. The place is still being finished with construction and they still had an ok selection . Will update after the next visit.

Lots of good places coming to old town Tustin! Driving through yesterday and I see a sign that say Kombucha. We drive around the block because I think my eyes are playing tricks on me. We need to find a park stat! We walk into what was called the Jabberwocky. Very small homey feeling. The offer different kinds of loose leaf tea. We came here to try the kombucha. They are still under construction and we were told that they play on having 10 flavors of kombucha on tap. They had a small fridge with medium size glass jars with different kombucha flavors. We got the passion berry. They had other flavors like ginger, cranberry and a jalapeño one We got home and cracked that sucker open. I thought the passion flavor came forward quickly which tasted really good. I want to go back and try some more flavors when construction is done. It’s nice to have some good juice as my daughter calls it close to home.

There is street parking available along the street or around the corner. Keep and eye out and you will be fine! Such a cute shop! They are located in the little building once known as The Jabberwocky in Tustin. Inside has been remodeled into a modern tea shop with a warm historic twist. You really can’t miss the shop driving down El Camino Real — just look out for the little red house. Inside, you will be greeted with shelves and shelves of various teas(white, green, black, herbal, caffeine-free). What’s even better is that these display of teas are easily accessible in tiny sample jars so that you can take a whiff of its fragrance and know exactly what you are purchasing. Aside from tea leaves, they also sell fresh kombucha on tap! Highly recommend the Lady Pink Apple if you get the chance. Lastly, they also carry tea accessories such as tea makers, tea pots, infusers, thermos bottles, sweeteners, etc. In addition, they have a small section to the far left of their shop that carries small local business products such as chocolates, soap bars, bath bombs, pickled vegetables, and sometimes even macaroons. The owners and workers in the store are very friendly and approachable. They are happy to share their knowledge of tea with you to help find the right tea fix for you!
