Starbucks

Very good and fast service, even though there was a big line I had my coffee in no time. To make the morning even better I sat down outside in the morning sun enjoying it thank you

Worst service. No one smiles. They don’t reply to your greeting. They don’t reply to your pleasantries. Just consistently rude. Doesn’t cost anything to be polite.

Worst customer service EVER. incredibly rude. Two guys– one with a beard and one with pouffy hair. Wouldn’t go there again.

Bad service w/​attitude.
Especially, the fat, wanna be hipster guy w/​beard.
I asked for an ice coffee refill and got the rudest service and treated me like a freakin homeless.
Never going back there!

They aren’t very friendly and out of stuff you need then irritated they have to get it. The guy with the mullet is very rude. He was at the other Starbucks off Jeffery and Trabuco a while back and I had same experience with him. Maybe he has something hard going on in his life, but it’s just awkward when people are flat out rude. I just smile and say thanks. Plus, idk why it when he’s made my drinks they don’t taste good.

Quick service with a smile. Nice and clean bathrooms. What more can you ask for?
I dont recall any names but the gents working here last Saturday night were a dream come true.

Management sucks !
Employees are usually very nice and fast (except for the ugly brown girl, probably Indian) who doesn’t say a single word!
The reason I say management sucks is that they’re usually short staff and one person is making all the drinks! They do a great job and your order is usually right but I just feel bad for the employees. Management needs to stop being cheap and hire more people.

I got a double chocolate chip flappe and I was checking my phone he was piss at me just so I can look at my phone cause I got a call.
And the restaurant was messy I wish I can give this place
A perfect zero!
Plus after making my flappe the lid and sides was stick.
And it was dripping to cause he over flow it.
Point is don’t go here go to a MOM AND POP COFFEE café place!
To get better costumer service!

This Starbucks is always really crowded, I had to find another one to go to in the morning because even with Mobile Ordering it is kinda hard to get their attention because of how packed they are. Once this shopping center opens up the other Starbucks location I don’t think this will be an issue anymore. I do really like how they have cups and water out of us to get our own water, I wish other locations would do the same!

Disclaimer: I come to this Starbucks because it’s local. I do not come to this Starbucks because I like their service. As a matter of fact, I only come to this Starbucks when I get a sandwich from Which Wich.
With that said, I cannot say that I enjoy coming to this Starbucks. Sometimes, the people at the cash register are great, & other times, I wonder what side of the bed they woke up on. I know that this Starbucks generally gets busy, but if you order 3 items, & are only getting 1 star (as a Gold Card holder), I am going to make sure to SPLIT up my order, & order them THREE SEPARATE times, so that I can obtain ALL OF MY WELL DESERVED AND EARNED STARS. Even if that annoys you, & you are going to give me attitude to me for it, why not just give me my three stars for my single purchase of THREE ITEMS?
I have also gone in there & been rang up by people who absolutely seem to love people (not to mention, life). On those days, I want to take out my phone & write them a personal Unilocal review, but by the time I remember, I am once again at that very Starbucks, with a different kind of person. For that reason, I can only give a 2 star rating.
Oh, on another note, there is a girl there that seems to be very very slow. Every time I go in there, I literally have to repeat my order 3 – 5 times, for her. Again, my order is an «iced half black, half passion fruit tea, sweetened, NO water». Now, how hard can that be?
Sometimes, when I do not want to deal with rude people, I head on over across the street to Coffee Bean. Yes, sometimes, I dabble with the dark side. There, people are never rude.

The baristas aren’t too friendly at this location, not to mention there is no where to sit as of the new upgrades. or if you can snag a place on the long table, hope that you don’t have a ‘leg shaker’ at the table or work is nearly impossible.
PLUS SIDE: They have a water and cup dispenser so water is self serve… but it tastes like tap and not their filtered H2O.

EDIT: I came back for more coffee. It was as busy as it was last time, but I was greeted cheerfully when called to order. Shoutout to Dana for her good customer service (: I got an iced nonfat gingerbread latte w/​whip — grande size comes out to be about $ 4.95.
Came around 2:30pm on a Saturday and it was packed. The wait wasn’t too bad — about 5 minutes or so. The barista that took my order looked completely disinterested when she called me over. She took my order swiftly, didn’t ask my name, and moved me along. This place is your typical busy starbucks.
Overall: Drinks are good, service depends on your barista

I always enjoy my ordering experience, but when it comes down to receiving my drinks from the baristas, they’re not very friendly. I hardly see any of them smile. I’m sure they have 5 am shifts, but that shouldn’t come in between customer service.
Secondly, every single time I stop by, THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF NUMEROUS THINGS… ALWAYS! I don’t know why they just don’t order more of their on demand items.

I pass about 6 other Starbucks on my way to work and choose to come to this store… Simply because more often than not, Brandice will be there to either take my order or make my drink. She’s great! Makes conversation with me, asks about my morning etc… I look forward to knowing she’s going to be there when I stop by. Thanks Brandice!

This location can get really busy, but the staff is friendly. Your typical, all-​around Starbucks; can’t complain.

Come here pretty often since its closed to my house. It’s not the closest one but I would spend 5 min more driving to get coffee here.
The layout is nice, and workers are friendly; especially the barista, Vania, is super nice.
The only minus is limited parking spaces; sometimes, you just need to stop at the entrance to wait for the parking spaces.

Just your typical Starbucks. On a Friday night, lots of people getting their caffeine fix after dining in one of the many food choices in this small complex. This was a smiling, polite hard working staff. After ordering, .we sat in the only open table… near the bathroom, and it’s busier than Grand Central Station in NYC with all of the coffee drinkers. The door says available and green, but it’s actually in use so a lot of people would keep pulling the door open. We were hoping for a patron who didn’t lock the door and have someone walk in… but alas, no luck… or maybe that was a good thing. haha… The regular coffee I got was a little burnt tasting. The zucchini bread I ordered heated took 5 minutes for them to stick it in the microwave for 10 seconds. The one good thing I LOVED about this night was the music… all 80s and 90s classic pop tunes from Depeche Mode, some hip hop, Gwen Stefani, etc. More than10 years ago, this place was a Renaissance Coffee place with Friday night live entertainment and better coffee… but it just didn’t make it. Starbucks has been here since and is doing well.

I don’t know why people aren’t giving this store better reviews. This is right by my office and I come here several times per week. The staff here is always fast, friendly and accurate.
There are 2 down-​sides to this store, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars:
1) parking isn’t as convenient as other locations as its in a strip mall and not standalone
2) the store is small and often feels crowded
Other than those 2 things, this is a great store!

The douchiest of Starbucks baristas on the planet! Obviously these guys were the F students at the Starbucks Academy! Rude, and zero customer service aptitude.

I’m not sure why this Starbucks has so many negative reviews. I noticed they had two new flavors: Tiramisu and Caramel Flan. I don’t usually order frappuccinos, because they’re pretty heavy, but decided to splurge a little. I asked the cashier how the Tiramisu was and he said it was too sweet. I then asked if he preferred the new Caramel Flan or just the regular Caramel, and he told me he liked the regular Caramel better. So that veered me away from both of the new flavors.
I really really really appreciated his honest input because most people would automatically say everything on the menu is good, and I would proceed to order it, and then dislike it.
As I was about to order the Caramel Frappuccino, he actually recommended trying the Chestnut Praline Frappuccino. I was really surprised because that’s actually my favorite drink, but I assumed it was a seasonal flavor they didn’t carry anymore because it wasn’t on the menu. So it was a pleasant surprise! He even suggested trying the Chestnut Praline Frappuccino and adding White Mocha to it. The combination seemed a little strange to me, but I went with it. It turned out to be amazing ! :)
I wish I got his name. 5 stars for wonderful customer service
