Horrible customer service. I was merely trying to make a return of a sealed item with a receipt and I felt like I was doing something wrong. Not a good way to treat people that you may want to return to your business.

This is actually my first post ever on Unilocal and taking a minute to let you all know. RUN away!!! Terrible customer service and uncooperative with returns. No wonder they are closing. Luis is really a piece of work too. I could go on but just avoid this location like a plague. They are all useless!

Went to Sprint store to upgrade 2 phones and decided to check out RS prices! The Galaxy S4 was $ 50 cheaper here and the Note II was only $ 99 where Sprint didn’t have any and if they did they were $ 149! Very happy I came to this store because I met Elio who was extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout the drawn out process! I’ll be back to this store again. Thanks Elio for making our experience most pleasant!

Literally the worst customer service ever with insane plans just trying to squeeze a dollar out of you. Approached by some grump who was pushy and rude. Went back to return the item because he lied about the plan and price. Upon returning some girl tried to sell me on «checking my phone plan to see if I get an upgrade for $ 5» why would I ever do that when I can check it for free whenever I want. annoying, never going back.

If your are going to this location, look for Norma or Edgar. The other girl is so rude. I was asking her about a product and instead of attending to me, she kept texting! I gave it a 4 stars coz Norma was awesome. I only go back to this location coz she & edgar are so helpful & attentive to me & other customers. They should train the other girl sales associate some manners and forbid texting while talking to customers!

After leaving Mirco Center empty handed, I went to Radio Shack last night looking to buy a bluetooth headset for my Samsung Android cell phone I happened to purchase at another Radio Shack location last December.
They were sold out of Samsung’s model, but had enough other brands and models with various features for me to be able to make a decision on what I wanted to get. The clerk was friendly and helpful although she did point out the most expensive ones on the rack. I know, it’s her job, but this time I resisted the up-sell.
