i bought my Oreck vacuum 14 years ago from Mr. Sweeps –Orek at that time and they have been awesome in terms of service and repairs for 14 years. Rocio helped me tonight and not only fixed the handle of my vacuum but also replaced a belt free of charge. I live n Newport beach but drive to Tustin for the nice friendly people here and their great service!

Dyson referred me to Mr. Sweeps for warranty work. Sheri at their Tustin location provided excellent customer service and was able to complete the repair same day! I explained I wasn’t from the area and a same day repair would be ideal to avoid a return trip. She was very fair and straight forward about the process and explained it usually takes several days(also depends on the problem, parts, etc.). Luckily it was a simple fix and had parts. Regardless of the same day outcome, Sheri called me to give me updates so I could decide whether to hang around town or come back another day. Great friendly service and communication. Would definitely recommend.

About 6 months ago I had to switch vacuums because my dyson(which I’d had for ten years) actually sucked TOO hard on my new carpet(which was pretty plush) and wouldn’t roll easily. After trying about 6 different brands all with the same problem I bought an Oreck from Mr. Sweeps and I LOVE it. It’s light, easily maneuverable and does a great job picking up everything(including a TON of dog hair from my two labs) without sucking so hard that you can’t roll it. These are not cheap vacuums but Mr. Sweeps did price match against Amazon to make sure I got the best price(and it includes a tune up each year). The service in the shop is awesome — always polite and helpful. Recently took my Oreck in for a small squeak in the wheel and they cleaned and lubricated(and even put in a new bag I had brought too) all for no charge — and in a one day turn around. Would definitely recommend an Oreck and this shop to anyone looking for a high quality vacuum and great service.

I have been one of the luckiest Dyson user for over 10 years. It did not cause any problem until about couple of weeks ago when the belt would not turn. I called the Dyson customer service for trouble shooting but was recommended to visit one of the Dyson dealer for the part change. BTW, the Dyson customer service was excellent. They are one of the best customer service people doing business on earth. Upon arrival to the Mr. Sweeps Vacuums, I was greeted very friendly. And Rocio was the man. He thoroughly examined the vacuum cleaner and in no time came up with solution. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to go extra mile to solve the problem. It was a very pleasant experience for me and will definitely will go back to this place when I meet with anther vacuum issue.

Ive had a Bissell, and Dyson. Both didnt last very long. So I decided to find a really good vacuum. I found a website called , and they reviewed the Miele vacuum. After looking at other reviews, I decided to visit this store for more help. They were WONDERFUL, Mr. Rocio was very sweet, and sold us a Miele vacuum. It was a bit more than what I wanted to spend, but I knew I was getting a long lasting vacuum.

I live in Northern Nevada and we do not have an Oreck dealer here. My daughter lives in Orange county, so I decided to bring my vacuum during a visit. I was so impressed with the customer service, and even got educated about my vacuum. They did the maintenance and replaced items in just a few days. Since we were only staying a week this was good news. My oreck hasn’t performed like it does now since I got it new. I highly recommend Mr. Sweeps, even though its out of state for us.

I went into Mr Sweeps on the good reviews from Unilocalers. I took my broken vacuum in to get it fixed; sparks coming out of where the cord goes into the machine. We plugged it in and turned it on and the sparks were flying. We all laughed and they told me it would be too expensive to fix my vacuum and it would be best to get another one(they had some for sale but I didn’t need one). They were very nice end I appreciated the good advice and the friendly service. I will be back with my next repair attempt.

I bought my Oreck vacuum from the previous owners. I now deal with Mr Sweeps to have my Oreck XL serviced annually. The manager, John Davis, is excellent and goes out of his way to solve any problems his customers have. The technicians are very helpful and strive to give their customers quality and courteous service. I highly recommend Mr Sweeps!!!

I had an Oreck for over 10 years and I loved it. However there were no tools with the type of vacuum I owned. I happen to go by Mr. Sweeps to to ask questions regarding their Oreck steam mop. After I get to the dojo I started vacuuming and noticed that my Oreck vacuum was a bit heavy. Sooo I finish vacuuming and then I go back and find out not only does my vacuum need a tune up, but the brush was worn. Also the grocery store carpet fresh I had been using for years was too fine it destroyed the seals in my vacuum. Not only that the carpet fresh lingers in the air. Which is not a good thing when you have students working out. Not to mention if someone in my has allergies that could make the allergies worse. Well they had a refurbished Dyson Animal. I figured between the tune up and the brush I would need to spend x amount of dollars I might as well spend a little more and get the vacuum with the tools. I vacuumed again the next morning and man what a difference. I LOVETHEDYSON. Nothing against ORECK I Love that one too. and Mr. Sweeps is always patient and takes their time to just answer questions. Well, I took my broken vacuum in to be repaired about 1 month ago, initially. Melissa, who works there told me that she would call me the next day with the parts estimate. When I did not hear back from her the next day, I walked back into the store after a few more days of waiting for her call that did not come. She told me again that she would call me the next day with the estimate. When she did not call the next day, I went in there again, and the gentleman working there told me that Melissa was off that day. Then why did she tell me that she would call me «tomorrow»??? I finally got the estimate after my 3rd reminder from Melissa, she ordered the parts, got them in, and then repaired my vacuum while I waited for it(about 5 – 10 minutes). CUSTOMERSERVICE is MY thing, and although Melissa is nice enough and seems to know vacuums very well, she is not dependable– you have to keep on her. And I am the one who has been unemployed for over 3 years and cannot find a job??? Something is wrong with that picture. I do what I tell my customers that I am going to do, 100% of the time. That is just who I am… Anyway, I just tried out my vacuum and it works! Yay!!! My only income these days is cleaning 2 houses, and I could not work again until my vacuum got fixed.
