This location would not respond to my messages so I went to the location during working hours. I was told to put my name on a list for a call back. So I did. A couple of weeks later, I received a call back. I was excited for the phone call back, but the Kumon rep was very uninterested. She told me to pick up a package of material, which I already have.
This location requires a 6 month contract so I have been hesitant and with the lack of customer service, I don’t really know who to ask for more information. My friend uses this center for her two children and she says that it works well for them, so I might still try.

Chris and all other teachers are all very patient and kind, and teach well. My kid is learning and having fun at the same time.

VERY VERY VERY dissapointed!!! I have called and left messages 4 different times (speaking/​leaving messages with an actual person), and have yet to receive a phone call (its been 3 weeks). I have heard nothing but good things about Kumon and was really looking forward to getting my kids started with the program! They should at least have the decency to call me back and say sorry we are too busy right now, but someone will get back to you… NOTHING

This place is the best gift I’ve ever discovered for my son. The teachers are very knowledgeable and know what each kid needs. Chris is extremely thorough with my son’s learning and always goes extra miles to ensure he is making progress. With the Tustin Kumon, my son at the age of 4 picked up reading words instead of pictures within three weeks. I highly recommend this place to all parents.
