Let me start by saying that if you haven’t been to Irvine Ranch Executive Suites in the past few months, you’ve got to revisit it. Since the changing of ownership, this place has been given new life with an abundance of nice upgrades to the common areas. The façade has been remodeled and looks upscale enough to impress clients meeting you at your office, but not too upscale to come off as pretentious. Same goes for the reception/lobby area as you enter the main building. They’ve hired some really nice, pleasant, helpful receptionist/secretaries to assist your clients/customers upon entry too. You should understand that as «Executive Suites», the business owners/managers get a LOT of phone calls, so the receptionists handle high call volume, but I’ve never seen any of them completely ignore anyone who walks in; they are very professional and act and dress accordingly. Just behind the reception/lobby area you’ll find a spacious community kitchen with complimentary coffee and water for you and your clients. You don’t realize how GREAT of an idea or accommodation this is until you’ve used it a few times. That cup of coffee kind of, subconsciously, puts your client into a relaxed, sort of «hey, let’s just chat over some stuff over coffee» kind of mood(or, that’s been my experience with it). Oh, and EVERY Wednesday is «BAGELWEDNESDAY» at IRES!!! Yup, the management/owner provides free bagels to the tenants each and every Wednesday! Even though the bagels are for tenants, I’ve never seen clients/customers denied the enjoyment of the freshly delivered doughy goodness. They have two conference rooms for use for tenant meetings/conferences/etc. One is larger than the other, but both are equally, tastefully decorated. The large conference room has a long table with very«executive» looking leather chairs that give you that«everyone at the table is important» feel while the small conference room has a small, round table with nice looking chairs that gives you a more relaxed, comforting feel. Whichever way you want to go with your meeting, they’ve got you covered. I worked at an office located in IRES(formally Irvine Ranch Office Park) for over three years, and was there during and through the changes. Not only has the building received renovations, but so has the level of service(all for the better). With a location right off the busy 5 freeway and close enough to plenty of «after work» dining and entertainment spots in the Irvine area, this place is a great place to be a tenant. If it wasn’t for me taking a job someplace far away from IRES, I’d still be there, enjoying my bagel on Wednesdays along with the great atmosphere and service.

I’ve been a tenant for over 5 years and ever since the new owner took over it’s like day and night. The coffee room and Bagel Wednesday are amazing and such friendly warm touches. The whole place has undergone a facelift and the quality of the building has vastly improved. I was able to start my business here and grow it to the point that we have a national presence. It all started with a small suite and a friendly receptionist answering the phones. Also, the building is in between the Tustin Marketplace and the District so there is just about every store within a mile or two. I highly recommend this space to anyone considering a place to grow their business.

I would highly recommend Irvine Ranch Executive Suites to any small business looking for an office with many amenities at a reasonable rate – and a great property management staff. The location is also very convenient to anywhere in OC. The owner is tenant-focused and provides a quality environment for you and your employees. A great example is multiple conference rooms, internet services, and even bagel Wednesdays!

This hidden gem has an ideal location near the Irvine/Tustin Marketplace and a fabulous ambiance. The staff are warm and professional. The office lobby is pristine and well maintained. Any issues with maintenance is addressed right away. I’ve never been happier as a tenant and plan to stay!
