India Snacks and Groceries

I personally love this place.
I was working across the street for a few weeks, & I came in here quite a bit.
I probably came in 3 – 4 times on some days, grabbing snacks, lunch, drinks, & sometimes something to take home.
The people that shop there are friendly, the people that run the place are friendly, everything smells brand new, & everything tastes great.
I don’t find myself in the neighborhood as much, but try to stop by whenever I’m in the area.
The business has a focus on vegetarian foods, which is why I liked it as my go-​to; there was never anything I couldn’t eat, & there was never anything that was too heavy, & kept me from getting back to work.
I would recommend shopping here, for sure.

I love this store. I called everywhere for super hit incense and this is the only place that sells them. They Only carry these in whole foods in Pasadena.
It’s like a 7 – 11 also carrying Indian goods — snacks, noodles, spices, also vintage like Indian statues.
The owner is super friendly !

I like this place a lot and will stop by when I’m in the area! You can get spices for cheap compared to a chain/​specialty grocery stores. They also carry a variety of Indian snacks and refrigerated/​frozen goods. The owners are super helpful and will give recommendations as well as recipes for the curious buyer. I recommend this place!

I’ve passed by this marketing many times on my way to get my nails done at Sassy Nails (located in the same plaza) and finally dropped in this weekend to pick up some naan. When I walked in the owner immediately greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I let her know that I wanted some garlic naan and she pulled some from the fridge for me. The naan itself was pretty cheap. It was about $ 2.50 for a pack of four. The store owner let me know that she uses that specific naan at home and I could even tell from the packaging that it would be really good. I ended up serving it with the chicken tikka masala that I made this weekend and my friends commented on how good the naan was. Both owners were really kind and I spent a good amount of time just chatting with one of them about techniques to use when making tikka masala. If you’re looking to pick up some Indian food essentials, definitely stop by this market!

This place is great. I stop by when I’m in the area.
The owner has a lot of knowledge regarding which brands are good and which are not. If you ask, he’ll let you know secrets to some recipes.
Also, he stocks alcohol, making it easy for when you’re in a crunch and you forgot to pick up some.

This used to be known as Shirley’s Market. They still sell liquor but for a liquor store, WOW it is much cleaner and nicer than your average Indian grocery convenient store. All the products are fresh and brand new. The prices are very competitive which is rare for an Indian grocery store within the city of Tustin. Another rarity is that they have good customer service and provide fair pricing to their customers. I will always buy my Indian groceries from here from now on! :)

I live in the area and this store has actually been in existence for some time but recently switched over to an Indian place (they still have American items as well). It used to be called Shirley’s Market. I was excited when I saw that it had changed because I love Indian food. Plus, the new owners really cleaned the place up and they are so nice!
Every time I go in I am greeted by a friendly smile and hello and they’ve been extremely helpful. Once there was a product I couldn’t find and they didn’t have in stock, the woman asked me what I was looking for and said they didn’t have it but could get it in the store for me. The next time I was in she let me know that they actually ordered it for me! Bringing true customer service back!
They have a lot of unique frozen snacks that I haven’t seen elsewhere (like naan pizza) and I like looking at their other unique products as well including Indian beer. I’m really glad to live so close to a great little store like this one!
