Dyer’s Hair Centre

My name is jimmie. i recommend you do not use this stylist. I called her a head of time for a Consultation was. Laura Dyer told me no cost. I said okay and I game in. I was fitted with a plastic form for the hairpiece. I said okay. Than Laura Dyer told me i would have to grow my hair longer to make the plastic model to attach the hairpiece to my head. Well, she told me that will be $ 400.00. I did not bring any cash with me because the Consultation was at no cost she said. I had ATM cards to pay but she never brought it up. She asked me who do i bank with. I said Chase, mine you i am not from the Tustin area. She gave me some directions that were not exactly the way to get to the Bank. So I decided to go to my sons. Well she got pissed off.
I wanted a day or two too think about this decision. Anyways, she wanted me to grow my hair longer. I would come back and have done than. But she insisted on the money. I said I would pay here just give me a day or two too think about it. Its a major decision for me. My head is not a used car dealership, but that is how she made me feel with here high pressure sales pitch. So, I called her the next day to let her know what happen. I got lost. I went to see my son. I apologized and said i would like to have my hair grow out. so we can put the hairpiece on. She got pissed off. I got pissed off. YOu go to relax to have your hair done not somebody trying to force u to make a decision right away. Totally unprofessional. Used car salesman tactics.
How many of you customers would want to be forced into doing something with your hair if your hair is not long enough yet and the stylist is trying to force u to pay her $ 400.00 when u just want a few days to think about it.
Well, it was a disaster.
I would highly recommend new customers and old to be aware of these type of tactics. She the stylist was trying to force a sale down my throat. I was ready to sign the contract when she took it away. If she had an ATM machine i probably would of paid her right there.
Please use good judgement Do not let pressure unprofessional hair stylist for u to make decision u are not ready for.
I do not recommend this place to nobody.

I’m a client of Lina’s and have been for years! She definitely knows what she is doing! My hair has never been healthier! I get so many compliments on my color and cut! Her private room is so cute and cozy! No more busy salons with gossip chatter and having to worry about drama. I really enjoy the atmosphere and Laura (the owner) is so sweet and welcoming! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Rude receptionist!
I was requesting donations for a foster agency and the receptionist was rudely dismissive. She stated there’s no soliciting allowed and is better watch out for the security gaurd. Of corse I don’t want to break the rules while one trying to do something for a good cause so I looked for any sort of sign stating «no soliciting.» Although there were several items on the «no» list, soliciting was not one of them. I also checked the shopping center webpage and attempted to call, no such statemt was found.
