Excellent workmanship and customer service. Discount Flooring Pros was the only company that called me back for a small job — tiling our Master Bathroom. As well as tiling the Master Bathroom, we ended up asking Joel to re-​grout our kitchen and bathroom countertops too, and remove/​replace toilets. Nothing seemed beyond his capability and work was completed in a timely manner and to excellent standard. We will definitely use his services again.

I hired Joel to do some new floors at one of my rentals. This is the second job he has done for me. Joel is a real class act and pleasure to do buisness with. Once again, quality work done in a timely fashion with no hiccups.

Discount flooring pros are great. No hassle, easy going and fine craftsmanship. I spoke to the owner several times on the phone before committing to anything. I was probably more annoying of a customer than helpful. After calling several times and changing my mind and asking question after question I placed the order for my new floors.
They scheduled my floor installation around the time best for me so it would not effect my schedule and this was not a problem with them. The staff was friendly and funny engaging with everyone in the house, unlike the common «stay away I’m working» attitude you get with some contractors. The work performed was very professional and got done a lot quicker than I expected. The quality is top notch. In my opinion I would really pay twice the price for the same final product hands down. Great job we really love our new floors.
If you are looking to get rid of your old carpet (like I did) and get some inexpensive laminate wood flooring you should really give these guys a try. It made my house look beautiful and the maintenance is effortless. It is also pretty funny watching the dogs slide across the floor every time they hear the doorbell. With the service I got I will always come back and refer these guys to anyone looking for flooring.
