Coreland is an extremely selfish and undermining company. They only work for themselves. We were a tenant of theirs and they did nothing to make our stay easy. A management company should be a balance between the owner and tenant not just the owner and their bottom line. It’s sad to see such a big company with no heart! They forget and make false promises. They are greedy and make very poor decisions. They take a long time to respond and get very little done. Customer service is very very poor and unprofessional.
