I hate writing bad reviews, but I am really disappointed in this place. I brought in my Galaxy S3 for a broken screen based on good reviews for their other location and the fact that they would change out just the glass, which other places won’t do due to the way the phone is put together. However, they said it would take about 3 hours, and since I’d driven 40 minutes there, I decided to hang around the area. They had my husband’s number but never called to say that they didn’t have the glass and would have to go get it from their other location, so we went to pick it up at closing time just to find that it wasn’t finished. We ended up waiting another hour for it to be finished. That would have been ok, but I realized about two days later that my proximity sensor wasn’t working anymore. I took it to their other(main) location to have them fix it(which was a whole other ordeal) since they’d gotten the good reviews, and they told me that when the Tustin location had«fixed» my screen, they had used too much heat to remove the old glass and had basically burned the proximity sensor. The main location did end up fixing it, but told me if I have any other problems to take it back to the Tustin location, which I definitely wouldn’t do at this point. I should have just paid the $ 30 more to send it to Samsung for repair, since I spent far more than that in gas driving back and forth trying to get this issue resolved.
