7-Eleven

This is the last time I ever go to any 7 – 11 I am tired of the thieves I should not have to ask for my change when I buy a soda it may only be a penny but it adds up

Ok so we can all agree that 7 eleven is not known for customer service but this is by far the worst 7 eleven ever. The guy at the counter by the name of Victor is the worst. First off, I was ignored for a minute before he even responded to my question (he was texting on his phone). I ordered the 3 for 3 mix and match and while grabbing me one of the taquitos, it dropped onto the counter. Instead of throwing it away he gives it to me to which I told him to give me another one. Victor then replaces the taquitos for me but places the dropped taquitos into the heater. Isn’t this against good regulations?
The story doesn’t end there. Instead of hanging me my change, victor throws it on the counter and grabs his phone and starts texting again. Worst service ever. What’s worst? Someone will be eating a taquitos that was dropped onto the counter.

I like 7-​eleven coffee but i refuse to come to this location. Its ALWAYS dirty. The floors are dirty and sticky and despite having about 3 workers, no one refills the creamers, napkins etc. workers need to try and use your downtime to clean instead of standin around

At this particular 7 eleven, is bad from morning till night.
#1 in the morning ever thing is supposed to be stocked, and its not they ran out of coffee only regular coffee can be dispensed and sometimes no creamer, at night there is never beer or other items.
#2 The place maintenance is not kept up, found a fly in the pastry casing, also in the warm food area. soda dispensers and others not clean. saw a kid pull out a Slurpee cup put Slurpee inside took a drink, then put the cup back where all other clean cups are. I told the employee and seems like he didn’t care.
#3employees try to be nice when they are Not, ask them honestly they will tell you.

Bought a lottery ticket here last night for the $ 356 MM Mega Millions jackpot and did not win. F you, 711!
Great Slurpees though.

Four stars for a 7-​eleven? Strange, right? Well, I felt compelled to give them four stars because on July 11 (Free slurpee day), virtually every 7-​Eleven ran out of slurpees or cups or had some excuse not to give us a free slurpee. When we got to this one, they had run out of slurpee mix, but after a brief moment of thought, the operator offered us free soft drinks. That, in my belief, warrants four stars simply for service.

So I walked into the 7 – 11 today to get a piña colada Slurpee after a long drive home from work and something I saw made me stop in my tracks and my jaw drop. It was a new soda dispenser next to the Slurpee machine entitled «Big Gulp Flavor Shot». OMG. I must have been living under a rock or something. You can get added flavors of either cherry, lemon or vanilla. This machine is fabulous!

When we had failed all other forms of getting sushi, we looked for insider information from the local 7 – 11. The lady here was extremely helpful and brought us their crappy sushi and made us buy some to see if it could quench our seafood needs.
It didn’t, and even though it was a sushi sampler, everything tasted the same. However, she was nice anyways.

Sometimes you just GOTTA have a slurpee! That’s all.
