I came here with a friend to get acrylics done. We didn’t have to wait at all, and were seated promptly. The nail technician was quite rough with my hands, and ended up cutting into the skin on multiple fingers with the emery board. My pinky, after he cut into it, started bleeding a good bit and I apologized(ridiculous, I know) and asked if he should wash his hands and put on gloves. He shrugged, and simply superglued my skin back together. I was shocked, and didn’t know what to say. He promptly finished my nails, and we paid and were out the door very fast. I showed the cashier my cut fingers, and not once did anyone apologize. My nails do look very nice) which is why I give it the two stars), but needless to say, I won’t be going back to someplace I pay for my fingers to be cut up.

When it came to their promotions, I was all in. They have many promotions and sales and now I know why. From the moment I walked in, the service was horrible. It began with me, who was getting a mani /pedi, and my friend just a pedi, having us do separate things. Then, having only but 2 minutes to pick out a color for my nails and toes. Since they were rushing me, the told me to only pick out the gel color and I can pick out the toe color later. As I sat down, the man doing my gel nail wouldn’t even allow me to finish the 60 seconds in the UV dryer. He made me take my hand out early every time until I said something. This is when I got the eye roll, resulting in now hand massage(I watched him give the girl after me one). They also have a pretty poor selection of polish. They have a small selection of OPI, 5 colors of Essie and the rest are China something(aka won’t last a week). I gave it two stars because the pedicure was actually really good and the lady did a great job. Overall, this place is so rushed, dirty feeling and I definitely would NOT recommend it. Stick to midtown nails.

The WORST pedicure that I have ever gotten in my life!!! Very rude and unprofessional! I will never step foot in there again…

This is the worst nail salon in the free world. I wish I had chewed my own nails off instead of the horrifying attitude, facilities, rudeness and bad results both my friend and I received when we went for manicure pedicures. The polish is crap, the service is hideous and they barely put the polish on our nails and then pretended we had messed it up. Seriously this place is terrible. It’s overpriced as well which is not the issue– the results and attitude are hideous. Never ever again.

Very rude, argumentative, and unsanitary. After spending 5 minutes experiencing demeaning and insulting comments and gestures, I just said never mind and walked out. DON’T WASTEYOURTIME!!! Wish I saw Russ M.‘s comment before I went – I literally felt victimized as well and as if I was an annoyance. I have NEVER been treated like that in a place of business. What a way to lose potentially faithful customers!!!

We have had 2 bad experiences here… well, not me personally, my 15 year old daughter was the actual victim… customer. The first bad experience was a few weeks ago when they tried to double charge her but quickly backed off when asked about it. We just put that one off to a mental mistake… But, this Saturday, she went in asking for a particular service, the nail person(I just don’t know the correct name for it) talked her into another service which he said would be better for her nails. She was under the impression that this would be a less expensive thing. But at the end was charged the full price for nail service including putting on new nails(which she did not have done)… When I asked about the pricing and the switch away from what she had asked for the man who identified himself as the owner became very defensive. He raised his voice to a level that was disturbing to all of the customers in the waiting area. He asked a lot of questions which became more and more accusatory about my daughter, then he flat out said she was lying… Not a good thing to say in front of THIS Dad. My view of this is that they were taking advantage of her youth and trying to intimidate her when questioned about it. She plans on finding another place for her nail work.
