Taylor S Wayne MD

Dr Taylor did mom’s eye surgery. We didnt ask for him but were sent to him by another dr. Her eye has healed pretty well so he obviously is a competent dr. But … he’s just not a very nice person. Mom doesn’t like to go to his office and neither do I. He is arrogant, snobbish, will not answer questions and acts as if he’s too busy to be bothered with you. I recall one visit where mom was trying to ask questions about her surgery and Dr Taylor was talking over her. Mom said «Dr I was trying to ask you something» and his reply was «I know but I was busy talking».
His staff is very good. They are nice, but I get the impression they are sort of walking on eggshells around him. But we just do not like this dr and mom has said if she gets surgery on her other eye, she wants a different dr even if we have to go to a different city. He’s just not worth the hassle.
