DO NOT LIVE HERE! My friend walked his dog by during a walk one day and the next day I found a notice on my door saying I owed $ 200 in pet fees! I don’t even own a pet. At the end of the year when it was time to get our deposits back, they not only kept my full $ 550 refund but sent us a letter saying that I also owed them $ 350 dollars extra in miscellaneous «fees». Only to find out that they did this to all of my friends who moved out of the apartment complex that same year. When we called to discuss it they referred my dad to the suggestions box on their website. Needless to say they are scammers, don’t let your children sign a lease here or with any of their other properties.
