Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

I love frozen yogurt more than anything in the world, so for me to not like orange leaf because of the employees is kind of a big deal. The employees are so rude and hung up me when I called to ask about their flavors. It makes me truly sad that I do feel comfortable getting yogurt there especially since its the only frozen yogurt place in town. The yogurt there is top notch, however, the employees not so much. PLEASE GET NEW STAFF!!!

Let me start off by saying I love Orange Leaf and their staff. They have been nothing but nice and professional until tonight. My family and I (a party of 6) came in right at 7:00 pm to an employee hunched over the toppings bar while on her personal cell phone PLAYING WITH THE TOPPINGS (yuck!)! 4 of my family members walked up to get sample cups from her. She just handed the cups across the counter while still on her personal cell phone not even acknowledging they had spoken to her. When I decided which flavor I wanted to try I walked back up to the counter as she was STILL on her phone. I had to ask her 3 times for a cup because the first 2 times she completely ignored me as she continued her conversation. When she finally acknowledged me she handed me a cup and just glared at me as if I were nuisance for interrupting her conversation. There were two other groups in there at the same time we were and she was STILL on her cell phone.

Horrible. Went for the first & last time Saturday.

Great experience.
We used the cup dividers and tried new flavors and toppings.
We received a card totaling points and got $ 1 off our second trip there.
Ambience impeccable on the river walk with views of the river and a gazebo in the park.
Flavors were wonderful.
Super great everything.
