Our daughter is a freshman at the University of Alabama and since we live in MN we have to fly her home for breaks. I was forced to look on the Internet for transportation to the Birmingham airport as the school shuttle does not run at 9:30 p.m. Being 1000 miles away it was important for us to know that she would be taken care of by a reputable, experienced, and professional company. Ambassador Limousine exceeded our expectations and then some. Once she landed, the owner of the company, Raymond, called our daughter to make sure she knew exactly where to meet the driver, a female who was very courteous and professional.
I went with this company because of their longevity in the business, but I will continue to use them because of the ease and safety they provided our daughter back to her dorm. Outstanding service is such peace of mind!
