Decent Mexican food, chips are fresh and the queso dip is always delish. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. TV’s aren’t high definition.

It’s your typical Mexican place. The food is always good. The salsa is thicker than most places and I like that. I always get the carne asada which is a thin ribeye with flour tortillas. I have tried the majority of the food over the years and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Personally, I love this place. I’ve been there multiple times with about 5 different people and they all have enjoyed it immensely as well. Super cheap, but the food is great and the servers are all super friendly and attentive, generally have gotten our food in under 15mins. Guacamole is delicious, as well as enchiladas, portions are standard, but with the basket of chips I usually eat beforehand, generally have leftovers. The first time I went was in Nov. 2013 and I hear this was post-upgrade, so I would recommend giving it another try if you haven’t in awhile!

Local standard Mexican restaurant. Recent upgrades include extremely bright lighting and loud(yet catchy) music. It was better when it was not so bloody bright.

I am suprised you guys are still with us after eating there. the original LaFiesta was on McFarland and back around 1997 at least 92 people got sick and had to go to DCH from Shigelosis poisoning(food handler had feces on his hands and was touching chips and placing in baskets) this resulted in the closure of that restaurant. Feel free to google for verification. Here is link:

Tonight my family and I decided to go to La Fiesta for an impromptu birthday dinner for myself while I was in town visiting. Everything was going well until my mother suddenly says«OMGosh» and we se a roach bug crawling around in her plate! She drops her fork & the bug scurries down the fork onto our table. Luckily our waiter walked up just in time to see this. He does nothing so my mother took her napkin and disposed of the bug(GROSS)! He took the napkin from her then asks if she wanted another of what she’d been eating.(Umm, h*ll no!) We continue to sit there for less than 2 minutes when my brother says«hey there’s another one beside you» …YES! Another bug crawling in the booth RIGHTBESIDEME! Needless to say I jumped right out of the booth. Here’s the kicker, after BOTH incidents our waiter never said sorry and quite frankly acted as though nothing had even happened. In fact, we showed them the 2nd bug and they just looked at it, shook their head that they saw it, and left it there on the seat until it crawled away. As we got up to leave I asked for the manager and guess who? Our waiter. I was appalled at the lack of concern about the bugs and the experience we had just had. It seemed as though this was a very routine thing for them? I am writing this review to warn everyone! It’s not the fact that they have bugs so much as it is that they didn’t care. HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE and no I didn’t stick around for fried ice cream or the birthday song!
