I contacted Hudson-​Poole looking for a very difficult-​to-​find designer setting. Mr. John-​Poole, Vice President, quickly replied to my inquiry. He went the extra mile to contact the designer to have the setting shipped to him so I could view it in person. I am so thankful for their excellent customer service.
