Went in for «balayage» with Meagan and came out with my natural dark roots (about an inch) and my entire head bleached to a horrible bright yellow. Cost me 4 hours and $ 200 for this disaster and the staff then tried to blame me, claiming they’d warned me that what I wanted would be difficult to achieve (all I got was a simple nod when I showed the stylists pictures of what I had in mind). They refused to refund me or even to fix it for free. Went to sally’s and talked to an employee there that set me up with everything I needed to fix my hair myself and and still coping with my hair disaster a week later. Please save yourself the time, money, trouble, and tears.
