As a Cook’s customer for many years, it was extremely frustrating to deal with the local Tuscaloosa office. I have always had good service from Cook’s in other cities. The representative that set up my service was helpful, but when I needed to discuss the services, he was never available. The technician that performed the pest control was always really short with me and I just felt uncomfortable when he was here. The termite technician would get angry with me if I ever asked him questions, so I just stopped talking to him. I overheard an employee of Cook’s talking about their contract with the University of Alabama. He stated that Cook’s could stand to lose every customer they had because the contract with the University had them«sitting pretty». Apparently this is how they feel because customer service is no longer their speciality. Since they can stand to lose their customers, I will no longer inconvenience them with my business.
