I’d give them no stars but Unilocal won’t let you. I can’t write a performance review because they didn’t even make it to my house. I called yesterday at lunch and was told «a technician will contact you soon», I called back at 4:30pm and was told I’d receive a call that evening or first thing today. Over 24 hours later still nothing. I called and cancelled the appt. Truly horrible customer service

We just had our heating and air system replaced. It was a big job on an old antebellum home. We are now warm and cold comfortably! Thanks for doing such a great job.
