Bought a Groupon. Called 5 times, never got a real person. Left 5 messages. Was never called back. Contacted groupon customer support and they contacted the business who insisted they would call me in 3 business days — after 5 I got my money back. Not even sure if this is a real place.

The one star review below didn’t even go to Adagio! The location changed recently so call ahead to confirm the address.
She was WONDERFUL! I’ve been getting massages for about 15 years, I could tell she was a little ‘new’ in the massage therapy industry (she abruptly ended the massage, instead of easing me out) but she was AMAZING!!! I don’t think anyone else would even notice that little mishap.
She didn’t talk, but responded if I periodically said something.
I can’t imagine getting a better masseuse in Tuscaloosa– especially for the price.
Perfect amount of pressure (I prefer medium, and don’t appreciate when masseurs go rougher than I asked).
If I still lived there I would go on a frequent basis.
**if she doesn’t answer your call, she will call back. She’s most likely with a client. I was super (REALLY) annoyed at the time– but I came to understand she’s a woman who owns her own business, doesn’t have the luxury of a secretary (yet)**
