Went in the drive thur asked for a venti. It was venti on the screen. So we get to the window and we get a grande drink. I asked the lady if this was suppose to be a venti. So she tells me «oh I put you down for a grande, thanks» and a walked
i I guess you can’t pick what size of drink you want here.

Honestly this is the only one I like to go to. I will even drive out of my way to go to this one. They always get my drink right, always friendly and professional. I get Starbucks every day, sometimes twice a day. And I mean it, they always get my drink right! I cannot say that for any other Starbucks I have gone too.

I love all the Barista’s here! They’re so sweet and they always get my drink right. sometimes they even know when it’s me and I don’t even have to say my order. They’re quick and the coffee is always delicious! Also always sweet to my kids. Favorite Starbucks in the area for sure!

Everyone at the Lander Starbucks is so kind and friendly. They always joyfully accommodate my food allergies and go out of their way to do little things like saving green bananas for me and a friend after we go for a long run, or have my husband’s favorite latte made for him before he even pays. They know our kids’ names and always make sure to ask how my dad is doing. Katrina is such a sweetheart. Really, everyone who works here is a sincerely good person. This is by far my family’s favorite Starbucks.

I ordered a half caff Americano. Thinking it would be too hot to drink I waited 5 minutes. It was lukewarm and tasted old! Never had a bad experience at Starbucks anywhere until today. Won’t be coming back here. I don’t think Corporate would approve.

Just had the worst service ever! After ordering we waited about 6 to 8 minutes at the drive through window to be told that they were out of sf vanilla. Really… This is not my regular location and I will not be back.

Most definitely the worst Starbucks in Turlock. They get your order wrong 9 out of 10 times & if there’s more than 2 cars in the drive thru good luck to getting to work on time. I only go here when I absolutely «need» to otherwise I’ll go to the Hilmar Coffee Shop instead.

I hardly ever go to this Starbucks but when I do the customer service is okay and the coffee isn’t too bad. Once a week I go into a Starbucks, order a zebra mocha for myself and an apple juice for my daughter. I happened to be closest to this Starbucks and went through the drive thru to do just that. What’s that? No apple juice? How do you run out of apple juice ?! YOU’RE ACROSS THE PARKING LOT FROM A SAVART FOR HEAVEN’S SAKE! Just strange

The drive thru is not crowded and fast. I would really like to give 5 stars however the outside seating needs to be cleaned more often.

Food and coffee is like all the other Starbucks. They always get my order right and my drink is always hot.
The drive thru is a bit slow and as for customer service, they really pushed selling us some of the instant via coffees last time and said that they were having a competition with other baristas to see who could sell the most… Um, no… So not appropriate. Especially after we said no the girl kept pushing to sell the instant coffee. She didn’t understand that no thank you meant no.
Not my favorite location.

As a gold card member I go to Starbucks once or twice a day. During the holiday season I always order an extra hot, nonfat Egg Nog Latte. I was out shopping with my Husband and his friend and asked them to go thru the drive thru as I really was feeling like my Latte. When my husband order the «extra hot, nonfat Egg Nog Latte» we were told that they could NOT make it entra hot because the eggs would scramble! I swear I looked around for a camera as I thought we were being punked! My Husband asked her to repeat herself and she repeated the same thing! LOL!!! I couldnt wait to tell my Baristas as my regular location in Patterson. Now the joke is when I order how would I like my eggs cooked??? LOL!
To be fair, she was VERY nice… just ill informed…

This Starbucks has to be the best place to walk into because of the people. You always see a friendly face and they aren’t the fake people like all the other Starbucks are. They always have drinks out on time and on the rare occasion they don’t you would never know by the way the people treat you like a long time friend. I would tell everyone to go here.

I really love Starbucks! I sometimes add things like whipped cream to my drink orders and I am always having to repeat my order to the person at the drive-​thru several times. They don’t write on my cups which is probably the reason why. I have gotten home with the wrong orders multiple times. I will tell them what I want and then they will repeat it once or twice back to me and a lot of the time when I get to the window they will ask me to repeat what I ordered AGAIN. I don’t know what the problem is. The employees are very nice but I do speak up and talk slowly and clearly so either they aren’t paying attention to my orders or they are busy talking. I just wish they would write down my order on the cups so we don’t have to do taste tests every time we pass the drinks out!
