The worst experience of my life. The line was long and the drinks were terrible. There is a big guy that works there he is super slow and was lazy to break my fifty bucks. Their drive thru speaker system is so bad that I had to literally yell out, «Espresso Classics — Skinny Caramel Macchiato!» I am never going back…

I know it’s Starbucks policy to remake drinks if you don’t like them. I have never asked for it before. Today my wife just didn’t like her drink and she really wanted something else. They did a great job accommodating me and made me feel way less awkward about getting a different drink. They did a great job with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend stopping by.

I want to love it because it’s so close to my work and makes getting a coffee on my lunch super quick and easy BUTTTT they really could be doing so much better. Rarely do they make my drink correctly and forget about their box lunches(protein box etc) they are really gross and shouldn’t be sold. You are super lucky if they give you one that doesn’t expire that same day. The egg in the protein boxes are shriveled and still frozen, apples turning brown, and water in the bottom of the box making the little muesli bread and cheese soggy. Why should we pay full price for something that expires that day and frankly shouldn’t be handed to a paying customer at all? Management needs to keep an eye on this stuff.

I don’t think there’s ever been a time when I came to this location and they made my drink the way I ordered. Usually its small stuff, like whip cream when I didn’t ask, extra sweetener when I asked for light, etc. However this time I’m pretty sure they gave me an entirely different drink than what I ordered and had I not been running late due to waiting on the drive thru for 20 min., I would have went in complained. Do not come if you’re in a rush, they take their sweet precious time. Finally going to start listening to myself and stop coming to this location.

If you don’t have enough cold brew… Don’t say you do and use iced coffee or espresso shots to make up for it. If I wanted that, I’d order it. I ordered cold brew and that’s what I wanted. I’d rather you tell me you don’t have it, so I can order something else or nothing at all. I’m so tired of Starbucks doing this!!!

I stopped at the Manteca location and got a horrible tasting drink. Since I was on my way to Turlock I stopped at this one hoping they’d give me a couple pumps of sweetener to make mine suck a little less. I’m not sure if she was the manager or what but she offered to make me a whole new drink free of charge! She then explained the differences in the coffee I ordered to the one I’m used to. She went above and beyond to give exceptional customer service! I really appreciated that!

I’m sorry I didn’t take the time to stop and complain but we went thru the drive thru and were in a bit of a hurry. Went thru Thursday around 11am and ordered a grande iced skinny mocha. When it was handed to me it looked a little funny, the woman at the window said it was just the milk at the bottom. As we left, the person I was with noticed a sticker on the cup underneath the iced mocha sticker. When I peeled it off the one underneath said caramel macchiato. Now it made sense. Can’t believe they had a drink sitting around and decided to pass it off to me as what I ordered. Who does something slimy like that?

This place has no custom service!!! Completely horrible! Don’t waste your time… Drive across the street to the Starbucks on Monte Vista and Countryside… They may not have a drive thru, but the care about their customers. The people that work at this location are lazy!!!

Drive thru had a long line so I walked up to the patio window where I had to wait 10 mins for Black Coffee! The barista looked annoyed that I ordered coffee on a Sat morning. Just pour and serve please.

Went to the drive thru and ordered my regular drink that I have been ordering for awhile. A venti ice water with three scoops of matcha which comes out to .80 cents. When I got to the window the man told me it was 4 $. I told him no it should be .80cents and he went to tell the manager and the manager still wanted to charge me 4 $ for a drink I had been getting for .80 cents. Did not try to work with me. So I went to a different Starbucks and sure enough I got my drink for .80 cents.

Just your typical Starbucks drive-thru. Nothing special. The line is very, very long most of the time. Going to the walk-up window isn’t any faster than the drive-thru. It actually takes longer at the walk-up window sometimes

I love Starbies. While I’m not a coffee drinker, I do love tea. I learned a secret tip from a barista at this location. When ordering my favorite drink(soy chai latte), request it with no water. That way it is extra smooth and rich and not watered down. I noticed the difference and now this is the only way I order my drink!

Always a long line in this drive thru but they seem to go through it pretty quickly. My drinks are always amazing! And what I love about this Starbucks is people always do the pay it forward thing so sometimes the car in front of me will pay for my drinks :) and I will pay for the car behind me and so far and so on. Employees are always nice and cheerful! Great drive thru and walk up Starbucks!

Gotta say the they are pretty good @ getting ur order done quickly. We usually go 2 Geer store but always so slow, so decided 2 drive a little more. Compared 2 geer store they were real quick but they felt it took 2 long for my order so they gave it 2 me free of charge. Now that is customer service @ it’s best. It was worth extra drive plus I won’t be going 2 geer SB anymore. Plus my coffee was made perfect just as I like it.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to in Turlock. It’s a drive-through with a pick up window & a couple of tables if you’d like to sit outside, but it’s just a kiosk. It does get crowded during peak hours, but they are super efficient and the line moves pretty fast considering how many drinks they’re making. Great customer service too. I once had one if the workers remember my order! Little things like that make a difference in my opinion. They’re wonderful and always seem get my order right.
