Pizza Factory

I placed an online order yesterday, over an hour and a half before I was to go pick it up. I get there 10 minutes to 5 and waited in line until 5:05. There was a ton of people working and it was very disorganized and chaotic. I get to the girl and tell her I’m picking up my pizza. They spend 10 minutes looking for it and tell me it hadn’t even been cooked yet. So around 5:20, they finally put it in the oven and tell me 8 minutes. It took about 20 more minutes. The pieces were cut very unevenly. I am really disappointed in my wait time. I am 8 and a half months pregnant and placed my order with plenty of time for it to be cooked and be ready when I got there but it wasn’t and there was so much chaos and confusion going on. Maybe if there is a huge wait time or some kind of extenuating circumstance, you guys could call or email the customer and let them know. It was very frusting and inconvenient last night and just a bad customer experience. Had I known it would be like that, I would have gone elsewhere. $ 22 isn’t cheap for all that nonsense.

The girl who took our order was having the most difficult time processing our order of not wanting cheese on our pizza. She said it wouldn’t come out right and tried convincing my husband to order their pretzel bread sticks with veggie toppings and sauce on the side! We then tried to order a side of potato wedges and they refused to sell them to us outside of the buffet. We didn’t want the buffet because all of the pizzas had cheese on them. They made our veggie pizza without cheese and it came out fine. I do not get the rationale of only having potato wedges in the buffet, but not for sale otherwise. The pizza was decent, but the service was horrible! Won’t be going back.

Pizza is really good. Atmosphere is nice with good people. Service was nice but very very very slow

This place is awesome! I get great service every time I come here! The wings are delicious! Great to watch sports and hang out with family and friends! Great selection of beer as well!

I went there for dinner last night and I must admit, I was quite impressed. My partner and I were greeted by a friendly cashier who answered our questions and made helpful suggestions. We ended up getting an order of wings and a small pizza. We opted to dine in. The dining room was fairly clean and stocked with plenty of cheese, pepper, and napkin dispensers. We received our wings within about 10 minutes of ordering (which were DELICIOUS and came with 2 sides of complimentary ranch!) our pizza arrived shortly after. We got the pizza factory special, it was really tasty and crispy. Definitely my new go-​to pizza place in town!

Today was my first time at this place. The ambience is nice. Pizza was delicious. I have no complaints.
I would definitely come back.

BEST Pizza, Breadsticks & Salad Bar in town! It is a beautiful restaurant with wonderful customer service. They have always stayed open late on Friday & Saturday nights to host our Denair Football Teams without complaint. Pizza Factory Turlock also hosts fun events, beer tastings, dart tournaments, Hawaiian nights & more. They give back to the community with lots of fundraising & donations. The party room is perfect for birthday parties to team banquets. Also the homemade cheesecake desserts are incredible! Thank you Pizza Factory Turlock for all you do!

Another visit to the Pizza Factory for a buffet lunch. One the positive side, they installed a brand new soda dispenser. It’s one of those new-​fangled touch screen Coke machines with ridiculous number of soda choices like you see at a Five Guys. I went with a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper. Quite an interesting flavor. They also started feeding pizzas into the oven as soon as customers started filing in.
Now the down side. There were four people ahead of me in line. I don’t know if the server was slow or the customers were indecisive (or both), but it took forever to get them through, When I’m hungry, I don’t like anything or any one getting between me and food.
I like the garlic breadsticks at Pizza Factory. But I didn’t see any until after five pizzas or so graced the buffet spread. I also like their seasoned fries, especially when they are served hot out of the fryer. I kept going back to the buffet looking for fries but I never saw them. I was there for almost an hour.

First let me say I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews, however, I read the latest that stated «New Management» so I booked a party for 20. When I got there the staff looked young, gulp…
The place was beyond clean, the Tables, bathrooms, video game area, drink station and clean Hi-​chairs! The pizza was perfect, everyone raved how fresh it tasted. The Beer Ice cold and fresh, no stinky dirty taps. They helped with my cake, the Tv’s and anything else we needed. The arcade was perfect mix for children young and old. They even had another party start during our and never missed a beat. Three of my guest said they would use the Pizza Factory for their next event. They don’t lie they are awesome!

I came here tonight from Hughson because this place is so clean and we’ve had a good experience with the owners!
Tonight was another story! We got here with our daughter and granddaughter and our order was in at 5:38! It’s 6:47 and we just got our last pizza! Every single person in line behind us, even the kids party, got their pizza first! U.S. The girl blamed it on some new girl but no! I won’t be coming back!
Oh ya they changed our order from 1 extra large to two medium! My two year old granddaughter didn’t even get her mini pizza til after we got ours! The owners need to be there in the evenings!! l

Ordered delivery I’m working out of town and in a hotel. Showed up an hour and a half later with a thug looking person with no car sign or t shirt. Pants sagging off. He handed me the food and I gave him a tip. I open the bag and there’s no fork or nothing for my salad. I ask for a plate or something and the driver had nothing and said they don’t keep that with them? I was blown away I call the store and ask what’s with not giving a fork or any silverware with a to go order? The say they won’t give it until it’s requested.? Ok well I’ve always had that given in a «to go» or delivery scenario. Food was subpar and lukewarm. Salad was dehydrated bagged lettuce with some packaged ranch dressing. I had to eat the salad with my hands… Bad experience. Won’t go back to them. Really how hard is it to just give a fork or forks to your driver and have them have a visible sign or even a Tshirt of the company he works for without his pants falling off? Maybe I’m asking too much from a 20 dollar pizza idk.

I love this family owned establishment. The place is spotless and the staff is always on point. I planned a party for 60 plus the day before the event and the manager was quick to say «no problem.»

This pizza place changed hands a while back and then again recently the management changed. Now the owners are there everyday and the customer service and managers are a lot better than they were a few years ago. The pizza has been perfect the last few times we’ve been there this year and the salad is always fresh. You can tell they hand cut the lettuce and tomatoes and stuff. We had our last three big family birthday parties here and everything in the party rooms was clean and set up for us ahead of time. The food was ready on time and all 50 of my guests were taken care of. I’m really impressed by how the new owner has turned this place around. If this was 8 years ago I would have given this location negative stars. Don’t let all the old reviews fool you. This place is great and the quality pizza and service are worth the extra couple bucks you would spend compared to a discount $ 5 pizza joint. Oh and this place DELIVERS now, which is my favorite thing ever.

I am really not one to write reviews on anything, however we have had issues with this pizza factory on two different occasions. …the management obviously doesn’t know how to resolve problems with customer service… cold pizza is the worse!

Their new phone system is broke. It loops you to the beginning of the phone tree. I’ll go elsewhere for pizza. They apparently don’t need the business.

My friend and I dine-​in regularly. The combination pizza is delicious and their chicken wings are even better. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because of their buffet. There is not much of a selection of pizza and it runs out fairly quick. Piiza @ Buffet: Quality = Good, Quantity = Not much.

Pizza good. Service bad. We walked up to the counter and the phone rang. The employee answered the phone and took that order prior to saying anything to us. No problem we were still debating on pizza toppings and in no rush. After she took the phone order I was half way through ordering our food when I turned to my husband to confirm the pizza toppings. As he gave me a nod she interrupted me saying, «If you aren’t ready to order can I help the lady behind you?» Mind you this lady JUST walked in. I started to back away for the lady behind me as I was caught off guard by what just happened. When I realized I had just waited for the phone order and knew what I wanted to order, why was this employee trying to push me aside? I calmly told her she can continue to take my order as I was already half way through with it when she interrupted me.
The service after that was just as poor as nobody wanted to help us and everyone had an attitude. I used to like this place, but there are too many pizza choices in town to settle for poor service such as this.

Wanted to bring in a group like I have done in the past. Offered literally ZERO discount. Management has changed.
After I got off the phone with the Pizza Factory manager who was no help I called Vitos. They created a simple menu for our group and had everything ready for us the same day. Great service and I kid you not HALF the price.

Due to the attitude of one employee who’s name I did not catch (female, shorter hair, very bad attitude problem) I will not be going back nor will I refer ANY of my friends and family to the Turlock location. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The food is good, but not good enough to cover up the bad customer service I recieved while working with The Pizza Factory in Turlock.

Had my son’s birthday party here. Booked the seating at least 2 and a ½ weeks ahead of time. When we got there 20 min to party time, they not only did NOT have our tables ready, they weren’t even reserved for us. Another party was in the spot that I was told would be ours. It’s like they had no clue we were coming! The manager (a young girl) had a very bad attitude problem and did not handle the situation the right way. When I expressed my frustration, she looked at me and said, «what do you want me to do». Really?!
Luckily one of the owners, or maybe she was a general manager (not sure because she never said) came in and squeezed us in a corner. It worked out because we didn’t have a big party but it wasn’t the spot we wanted.
They offered us no discount or anything for the inconvenience, I insisted on one myself! I only got one apology and the young girls working behind the counter were nothing but rude once the lady that helped us left. It’s just not acceptable. We will never do a party here again.
