Pink Bowtique

I will never do business with pinkbowtique again! Placed an order for my flower girl on August 11. Their website claims there is a 7 – 10 day turn around period. It is now September 18 and my wedding is tomorrow and still no headband for my flower girl! I have left several voice messages and emailed them as well, and no one bothers to get back to me! I can’t believe how unprofessional these people are.
Update ⁹⁄₂₉: So someone from the company finally got back to me (via email) claiming that they only received my last voicemail and none of my emails (yeah right) and that they would give me a refund only after I pay to have the package sent back to them. I’ve already paid more in shipping than the headband is actually worth! I called (and left another unanswered voicemail) to explain that I would most certainly not be paying for return shipping and that someone needs to call me back to make arrangements for my refund, as well as another email. Melissa refuses to call me back to settle the issue, as well as several other irregularities that went on during this process that I have left out of these reviews for length purposes. Stay away from pinkbowtique!

Absolutely adorable bows. I ordered three — birthday, Easter, and patriotic, along with a birthday onesie. They are beautiful, and they even sent an extra bow that matched the onesie as a birthday gift! Real keepsakes that we will use for a long time, I hope.
