Called for an estimate on Tuesday and they came out the very next day exactly at the appointed time. I’m sorry! I forgot the name of the guy you sent over.
We have a very old home and the windows are going to be a challenge to replace because the entire metal frame needs to be taken out as well and the wood sill under the windows.
It’s going to be a bit of a headache for the guys to replace our windows but Paul’s rep explained exactly what needed to be done and came up with a plan of attack for this project.
What really impressed me was that he recommend doing one room at a time just in case we run into structural issues such a rotted wall frames. This way, if there is a problem we wouldn’t be hit with a giant bill way over the initial estimate at the end.
Thank you Paul’s for being so professional and patient. We’re looking forward our new windows.

3 weeks for an estimate… And still no estimate! (I) Called the company twice for an update and had no information for me. So I decided to call Turlock/​modesto glass and happened to have my estimate back in 2 days! that’s how business should be done. Now that I’ve wasted 3 weeks of valuable time… I will now be taking my business to Turlock/​modesto glass.

Great work guys! I had replacement windows and shutters done all in one day! Very timely and well priced. Pauls Glass is a great company and love doing business with you folks! i will be referring family and friends whenever possible!
Erica M… Im very sure that wasnt Pauls Glass Co. and even if your daughter had a glass cutter. Glass cutters can not CUT you!

Never again. We went through this company for a full house installation on our first home in 2009 and I shutter every time I think about the experience. Horrible work, windows are uneven and slide down on their own. They left caulking on ALL over my seals inside AND from them wiping their fingers off on them. Some of them are not fully sealed and leak when water gets on the top of them. They left a glass cutter on the ground outside in which my daughter picked up and waved around (she was 5) They threw all their trash in my bin. They left an open bottle of denatured alcohol on my porch that had spilt over. Just the work alone is crappy, but the manager only worked we me after I threatened to get a lawyer over the glass cutter. Even then, his reduced price wasn’t good. I should have just sued. Ridiculous.
