Jack In the Box Restaurant

My least favorite location. Very small, drive thru lines are usually long, but that’s probably due to all the homeless people hanging outside and inside the store, no one likes to go inside because that.
All the worker seem to be pretty happy never have had a bad experience.

I apologize, I posted this review to the wrong Jack In The Box. So if you are ever in the Patterson area, go visit or drive-​thru this Jack In The Box.

I have been through drive-​thru many times at this locatiion. Mostly in a hurry during the morning hours. I have never received bad service, they always have quick hospitable service from all drive-​thru staff. I always order coffee with meal and it did not matter who was working window they always offered to put cream and sugar in my coffee. This is a luxury for me as I had to jump on near by freeway to work and did not have to fiddle with me putting all condiments in while driving. Thank you so much, to all the drive-​thru staff.
There is also one individual that stood out to me. I believe his name KC or (Kasey). Always very cheerful young man. You can tell when he was working window, his very happy, upbeat cheerful voice from the drive-​thru speaker. Seemed to be making his work fun, fast and easy. He always seemed to be in a very joyful mood. On one incident I ordered Iced Tea, as I got up to window he mentioned brewing machine was not fully brewing to taste and ask me to «taste my tea» first in any case it did not taste right and may want to change order. (Again, exceptional customer service!)
The end result of this visit, I got my order and my favorite Iced Tea. The first order of tea was not good so KC (Kasey) took my drink and refilled it with another brew machine and it was fine.
It has been a while since I have been thru this Jack In Box but know that if KC (Kasey) and all the kind staff is working window you will definitely leave with a smile.

This is my least-​favorite Jack in the Box location.
If you want to dine in, it is small, and the bathrooms are usually not up to snuff.
Several times, I have had my Order messed up (which is the worst part of their Drive-​thru). Usually, though, it is just messing up on something like «Extra Pickles» … which (even though it is printed on the receipt as such) turns out to be NO Pickles (or, NO tomato, (or NO lettuce, which is the worst thing).
But, in the past, I have «lost» one sandwich in a 5-​sandwich order at least 3 times.
And, occasionally, one of the burgers is cooler than it should be (and the bun is moister).
So, now I usually avoid this location, and just drive over to the Lander Avenue location. Even though it is a 10-​minute detour, it’s better safe than sorry.

Located near old town Turlock, this is the place to hit up after a few drinks. No, Really! You should haha. Quick service through the drive through and our order was correct. The girl in the intercom was easy to understand and patient with us as well. My food was hot, we had plenty of napkins and a friendly greet once we drove up to the window. Only thing is, make sure you keep your car doors locked because there is a lot of bums hanging around in that area. The drive thru is well lite but still, just better to be safe than sorry.

I wont even go to this jack in the box. The homeless people from the park will ask you for money if you even pull up at jack in the box or the am pm. I refuse to even get out of my car on that side of town. Also if you go inside the homeless people use there bathroom and sit inside there. They ask you for money when you walk outside. I go to the lander jack in the box, its slower but better quality food.

Was there today with my son. Had a great time, nice and friendly service. I usually go to this jack in the box in Turlock. It’s great. :-)

Best customer service I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. The lady working there was super nice, asked me if I was satisfied with my service before I pulled away. I told her yes because of you! Another plus the food was super hot and yummy. Too cute though, she said see you tomorrow! I thought really. you wanna see me tomorrow. I won’t be back tomorrow, but if I’m in Turlock wanting Jack in the Box I will definitely come to this one.
