Avoid this place!!! Avoid this place as if it were the plague!!! Dr. Gladys and her INCOMPETENT medical staff are the worst, most uncaring and unprofessional people I have EVER met. She let her patient go a week and a half in severe pain and refused to return multiple phone calls to follow up with us. I left 6 voice mails including two voicemails on Dr. Gladys phone, begging to return my call. The doctor even ignored my phone call on the second call! Not only did they go out of their way to charge for services not completed but they had no desire to rectify the situation. Went to another dentist in Turlock who took care of not only the exam but extraction, all in the same day. Dr. Gladys and her medical staff are liars and the worst people imaginable. DO NOT GO THERE!!! DR. GLADYS ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM!!! AND THE STAFF ARE IDIOTS!!! THEY ARE ALL LIARS!!!

I really think every person should judge on his own, that Olivia writes bad reviews on each buisness!

Billed my insurance company nearly $ 1000 for work she did not do. Fraud!
