Efficient Heating & Air Conditioning

AC stopped working Sunday afternoon in triple digit temps. Called Efficient first thing Monday morning. They showed up within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed part and had my AC working by 11am!

I am very reluctant to write reviews in the first place, but I think if someone goes the extra mile they should be rewarded with a positive review. It is very common for people in the service industry to take advantage of others when they are not knowledgeable what the problem is. I called several businesses before calling Efficient Heating and Air and was less than impressed with all of them. I got a hold of David and was very professional and wanting to help. He was upfront about his charges to show up, which I liked and thought was fair. I was very adament about what my problem was with my A/​C because of an issue 2 years ago and didnt «need» it to be checked out for other issues. When he came out, David could have easily sold me on that problem and would have been 6 times more expensive. David took the time to show me what the real issue was and explain what part was needed to fix it. I was very humbled by that because of previous experiences. David will be the person I use for all of my heating and a/​c needs and am happy to give a positive review. I wish all service technicians were like him.
