We had a wonderful stay here for Columbus Day weekend. The room is really big and impeccably maintained. Everything is immaculate. The breakfast buffet is very simple but everything is fresh and the owner cleans up the buffet constantly. A noisy family stayed in the room over us and the owners went right up and got them to quiet down. The Wi-​fi connection is also strong. We went to the Wild Center which was a pleasant walk from the motel. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful family run motel.

We have stayed at Shaheen’s every summer for the past three years when visiting our kids at camp in Long Lake. We feel that the extra 20 miles is worth it by far! The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is lovely and accommodating. The location is great and we feel that their use of green technology is of primary importance in an area as pristine as the Adirondacks. The rooms have TV, wifi, and coffee makers. Breakfast is a carbohydrate binge, but the coffee is good, and there are other options. What more do you need after a long day outside? This will be our fourth year and we are eager to return!!!

Great rooms clean, spacious, and a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I’m very happy with our decision to stay here for a long weekend to celebrate the Winter Whiteout Weekend in Cranberry and Star Lakes. Would stay again here in a heartbeat.

A group of 7 of us having been coming to Tupper Lake for 5 years now for the Mountain Challenge. We had previously been staying elsewhere in Tupper. But we are so glad we found Shaheens! Clean, Clean, Clean! Friendly owners, free continental breakfast, beautiul, well maintained pool, large rooms and their family rooms have a king bed! Perfect for my husband and I. The rooms with 2 queens are equally large and spacious. Cute little section of putput golf, corn hole, picnic tables. Beautiul clean property, we will Definitely be back next year.
