We have been dealing with Kool Smiles since our sons first appointment back in 2011. We have had our disagreements but we continued to go because we need to keep our kids teeth happy. But this visit is by far the worst thus far! We were suppose to be here by 10:30 but if you are more than a minute late they cancel and rescheduled you! I’m serious! A minute or more and they cancel your appointment, no joke or hot air blowing! If your not on time or early they will tell you to reschedule for another day! Even if it’s the train a block away that makes you late! We arrived at 10:10, wanted to sign in but had to wait until the host realized the sheet was missing and find it for us to sign in! So we signed in at 10:13, then sat down and waited, about 20 minutes pass and they tell us our sons insurance has lapsed and we can’t do anything until it is renewed! They checked it again because I asked and guess what! It was fine. We begin to wait again and while waiting we are watching tv when a soap opera starts and a sex since plays for about 5 minutes before the host changes. Now we have been waiting since 10:13 and it’s now 11:33! We are leaving!!! There are better dentist with better service! The always refer us to someone else’s dentistry anyways!!!

Worst service I’ve ever encountered. They canceled my children’s appointments months ago and couldn’t get us in until today. Then I get there 20 minutes early and they tell me that we are late and that they will not see us. I had postcards and emails saying that appointment was at 12:45 and they claimed it was at 12pm. Then since they could not figure out who or how the appointment time was changed they blamed it on me. Saying I had to have called to change it. Horrible people that work there with too much bad attitude. Will be looking for another Dentist.

The people here are very nice, but this is the Walmart of dentistry. Eight chairs in one wide-open space, so no privacy. Their call center booked my appointment for 11:30, and this location only sees patients at 9am and 1pm, so I had to wait(they said they tried to call me an hour before my appointment to reschedule, but there was no voice message, and besides I had confirmed my appointment two days before in a direct response to their text message and email asking me to do so). Then I find out that they do not do crowns here, they would have to refer me to someone else. Very corporate, very rushed. Won’t be going back.
