I think that was my last big Walmart trip, haha.
I just can’t stand Walmart Supercenters anymore! The small Neighborhood Walmarts are usually nicer and you can get out faster. This Walmart almost always has only like 2 lines open, the prices honestly aren’t any better then Safeway or Target and the parking/​traffic is awful.

The wife and I made a late night trip to this Walmart in Tumwater. Something strange is going on here. The outside appearance was very clean. Inside for shopping employees were smiling and offering to help us find things. There were no loud obnoxious PA calls or loud radio chatter. The store was stocked well, having items I had looked for in two other stores but could not locate. Overall, a very pleasant shopping trip. Good Job to all the staff working there during that timeframe. Everyone we interacted with were most helpful.

Whoever thinks Wal-​mart has the best food prices in town… have you noticed the prices have been creeping up, slowly, but surely? The prices are no longer the best in town.
Winco has Walmart beat hands down on grocery prices. I pay attention to prices and I can tell you that I save at least 25 – 50 on my food bill each month by shopping at Winco.
If you want any type of gourmet food, you will need to go to another store. Walmart doesnt have anything gourmet (pepper jelly, ethnic foods, etc).
This store is clean but the lines are ridiculous.
