You really have to give it to Wendy’s. Since Dave died, the marketing has been hard, but they still offer some of the best fast food you can get. Never frozen beef, sea salt on the fries, and the best spicy chicken nuggets ever made. I’d like to see a direct comparison between those and the McNugget. But McDonald’s wouldn’t, because 99% of people would pick Wendy’s. Dave Thomas’ legacy is safe if they continue serving food the way he intended: fresh and with a smile.
