4 workers and one person in front of me. Took 45 minutes to sell four games. 3 workers stood around and talked about the new superman while the other felt left out and went as slow as possible. I will never go back. Stay away from this location. I will use GameStop or sell on Craigslist from this point forward.

What I love about the store is the ability to rent anything whether it be a brand new game or movie. That is something you don’t find anywhere else. What is poor is the customer service. On more than one occasion I would wait for them to answer the phone, then talk, then wonder off to get something for the person on the phone while I am standing at the register. While I am not a fan of some stores because they hustle you for money, I would rather be hustled with good customer service instead of pretending that you aren’t there.
