There’s probably nothing scarier than finding a new dry cleaner when you’ve moved to a new city, but finding Utica Cleaners has made my decision easy. I initially took my clothes there because it was the closest to my apartment on Cherry Street, and I’m so glad I did. The woman who owns and runs the store is an absolute doll and is incredibly thoughtful. I am a medical student and when I took her my white coat, she had it done by the end of the day because she said she knows that I was probably in need of it. She has always done an incredible job with everything I’ve taken her! It’s a little pricier than I am used to paying, but that is probably because I am from a small town, went to college in a small town, and haven’t adjusted to the price of urban living just yet :)

Took three pairs of pants there because a previous tailor had done a poor job on the cuffs. The tailor, a female, pointed out some of the problems and agreed to the re-repair. They turned out great. Also a pair of shorts that had just worn through. Wasn’t expecting much for repair, just close the rip, and the repair was very, very well done. High quality work, excellent prices.

Went here to get my scrubs altered. The asian woman who does it is a DOLL. Seriously. And the location is between Qdoba and a bike shop, not hard to miss, it’s a small white building-really cute. Only take cash or checks though.
