U-Haul Moving & Storage at Peoria Plaza

Seriously, how hard is it to acknowledge a customer? Probably a one star but i am feeling generous today. It just isn’t that hard but somehow they make you leave feeling totally frustrated and wondering if you will get what you requested. I only return because they are basically the only place in town and I guess they know it. I mostly wrote this review so that you could get your expectations set right (very low)
and not be disappointed.

I had so many problems with the Ubox reservation and delivery. I reserved and scheduled pickup and drop off of the box online, as well as ordering moving help, moving supplies, and a trailer with which I could deliver the Ubox from the facility to my new residence. I had to call to insure that the Ubox would be delivered within certain times as I never received any confirmation of delivery, and then was told that the delivery people would call when they were on their way to drop it off. I never received a call, so was waiting for hours, unaware that the Ubox had been dropped off on the street outside my apartment. I missed half a day‘s work due to this. Then, even though I scheduled a time online for it to be picked up, I had to call because it wasn‘t picked up, and it took a 45 minute phone conversation to make sure it was picked up that day. I was then charged more than the rate I was quoted, with no explanation.
After the Ubox arrived in Tulsa, I received an email stating that it was here, and I should expect a call within 24 hours. No call. I had to call the facility. Finally, after I called, I was told that I did not have a reservation for a trailer, even though I had reserved it online and that price was included in my original quote! I would not recommend and will not use Ubox or Uhaul again.
