OK, so about noon today my daughter asks if I can make the short drive back to the great little taco truck and score her a cheese quesadilla. So here goes today’s order. 1 cheese quesadilla, 1 cheese and steak quesadilla for my wife, I had the the most unbelievable great tasting, blow your socks off your feet Checharones burro. If was filled with nice tender chunks of fried pork(skin and fat included) along with rice and a nice hot sauce that gave just enough heat. This was without a doubt the best burro I have ever had. I grew up in AZ and lived on Mexican food down in the South. I have sampled some great tasting New Mexican food, however this was a holy experience! This is a must try.
