Superior Wood Floors

We had Superior Wood Floors refinish our floors about 4 years ago. Areas of our floor are so bad that about a month ago, I literally got a splinter in my foot. I called and they came out to look and told us we had a one year warranty. I called two other companies (Bird Hardwood and Renaissance) come out to give me a quote on fixing our floors. Both floor guys from the other companies (not just salespeople, but guys who know what they’re talking about) told me that it looked like they only used one coat of polyurethane and they should have used three. That’s why our floors look so awful. So, this is Superior’s fault, not ours. They are saying they will redo them for $ 2500 when we just had them done 4 years ago! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Superior Wood Floors!!!
