ewww, I don’t know what s wrong with them today. they made me a worst frappuchino java chip ever. they didn’t even put chocolate chip in there

This location is always so, so busy when I come. The baristas are nice, but it takes them FOREVER to get drinks. It’s taken 20 – 30 minutes a few times to actually order and get my drink.
Starbucks, please make another location in BA!

Fast service inside the store, but the employees here are not the friendliest. I came here around noon today so this was not by any means the morning rush or anything, but they were just not very welcoming.
The parking lot is pretty cramped and the drive thru moves pretty slowly.

This is a terrible place of business, my mother and I came here at 5am & saw that they didn’t open until 5:30 am so we went to a 24 hour store & shopped until about 5:20 and then arrived here at 5:27, no one was there yet, you would think businesses that want to succeed would be setting up to get ready to open but nope ! We waited until 5:45 no one showed & there isn’t even a phone number listed where you can call. It clearly states on their sign open Monday through Friday 5:30 am until 10pm !!! BEYOND FURIOUS, BEYOND!!! It’s a special day for her and I & I was planning to take her to her favorite restaurant for breakfast — I don’t enjoy having my day start off with a business who is suppose to care about customers (but clearly doesn’t) pissing me on ANY day, especially on a day so dear to my mother and I !!! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE !!! I can’t wait to get a phone number to this location and see who the person is who made such a gigantic mistake of not only not working, but also losing a great deal of business for today (& of course permanently) making me furious, upsetting a surprise for my mother, and who I expect not only a personal apology from but also who should without a doubt lose their job! I’m also looking forward to talking to Starbucks corporate office to explain to them what happened, figure out how it could of happened, and also let them know how their company is being represented!!! Other businesses you might expect this from (and never go there again if that’s how they do business) but I would never have expected one of Starbuck’s locations to be not only disappointing and infuriating, but so extremely unprofessional. I can’t believe this happened, it is beyond ridiculous not to have someone be at work early to open but not even be there fifteen minutes after your establishment is suppose to open!!! I’m absolutely livid and will never in my life visit such a disgusting excuse for a «company» but please everyone else feel free to go there but don’t be a normal person and think that there will actually be employees working when they CLAIM to be open!!! Aside from being over all horrible, shameful, and a let down it was also a waste of gas (which is replaceable) and WASTE of TIME (irreplaceable)! Thank you for ruining not only my morning, but my mothers as well! If you plan on staying in business, I suggest you actually get employees that know how to work, but it’s apparent (from the one morning I sat there waiting for it to open since it was 15 minutes after it was suppose to be open) that you don’t give sh*t about this establishment at all! I am beyond livid and outraged that this happened, so if you like to feel those things this is the place for you and should be expected. In fact if you go there that’s all you should expect; feelings of anger, don’t dare expect something like coffee from a location of the most popular coffee business chain on the planet! Everyone do yourself a favor and stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this location!!! Hopefully this is the only location of Starbucks that has fallen through the cracks allows this absurd level of disrespect to their customers!

Great clean location with lots of interior space. The parking and drive through lines can back up especially with chipotle next door. Love the large table meeting space for our company meetings here.

Can’t get in the building because the drive-​through parking lot wraps all the way around blocking the people parked from leaving. Tue parking was designed very poorly by builders. Today is taking forever to get through the line and the lights aren’t even on inside the Starbucks. And every time I come here I order the exact same thing and it’s a different price every time. My drink I have ordered for the last two years can be anywhere from 2 – 5 bucks. This location has good customer service and that’s about it. I wouldn’t visit this location if it were not so close to my school. But the coffee is always good no matter what location you visit.

I’ve been to so many Starbucks across this nation and I am sad to say that this one disappoints me. From slow impersonal service to Flys and gnats in the food display to bad attributes, this one is by far my least favorite. They do make drinks satisfactorily but the atmosphere and ambience is missing.
I hope they improve and soon. I come here to work and be refreshed for the next task throughout the day.

I love this store! They are always fast, friendly and my drinks are always delicious! This is one of my main Starbucks locations.

the drive thru line moved pretty quickly considering there were lots of people there at such an early hour. my only complaint is that I ordered a caramel frap with soy and sugar free caramel syrup. they asked if I still wanted the drizzle and I said yes. there was no drizzle on it after I drove away :(bummer. it would be different if they didn’t ask me if I wanted it, but they did and didn’t follow through.

I have been to quite a few Starbucks in my time and have come to feel there are a few things that make a great Starbucks. Location, staff and speed.
The staff are wonderful and quick. I recommend this location to anyone.

This currently has to be the worst run Starbucks in town right now. Do yourself a favor and DON’T try to get anything in a hurry on a sunday morning from 8am-​12pm. I am used to standing in line in Starbucks but typically the line moves fairly quick. Not at this place. Even after you place your order you have a decent wait. Been to Starbucks all over the country and this ranks with some of the worst. Hopefully this is just growing pains as the place hasn’t been open very long. But it very sad when I can go to Barnes and Noble and get a better drink as well as better service.

This is a new Starbucks and it is centrally located. The baristas are on target with the orders and it has a nice, homey atmosphere. The drink selections are pretty much the same as any other starbucks. It offers a nice patio to sit outside. My husband liked it because it is close to everything.

It is Starbucks so there is not much else to say, except this is a new location. There are many like it but this one is mine… no, wrong review… Alright, well I just live close by and I enjoy getting out of the house early and going for a little drive to get my caffeine fix on weekends. So this has become a regular stop for my morning cuppa!
So for all you folks passing our cute little city by and in need of some go-​go juice, it is conveniently located right off of I-​44 by the 41^st Street exit. For those of us in T-​town, it’s conveniently located adjacent the 41^st Street Shopping District.

fairly new means clean facilities which is always a good thing. also conveniently located right off of i-​44 and the sheridan/e.41 exit. i travel from okc metro to this area of tulsa every week and it’s nice having a coffee place that i can get to easily. servers are friendly, but the service is not the quickest even on a fairly slow morning.
if you have the time i’d recommend hitting up some of the locally owned and operated coffee shops like hodges bend /​joe bots /​chimera!
