I have received consistently great customer service from this location. The only left 4 stars, because the drinks seem to be made inconsistently.

Asked for Christmas blend since the one before security did a pour over for me. These guys gave me a line that they didn’t have and Christmas blend and couldn’t speak for the kiosk on the unsecure side. So base all they refused to do a pour over. They had a large basket of coffee featured for sale… yup, lots of Christmas blend in there. Too bad for them. Wasn’t aware the IQ level of their employees had gotten so low and rude on top of it!

Was pretty disappointed. They opened 10 minutes late, & at the airport you don’t have a lot of time. When you order a coffee with any type of cream or sugar, hot or cold they point and say, «it’s over there.» Not what I’m a custom to in the slightest.

Past the security check point. People nice enough. Fresh looking baked goods. Fresh fruit was not fresh. Coffee the typical strong SB coffee. Several employees, so line moved pretty fast
