We just joined this gym recently and I love it. Great equipment; nice locker rooms; indoor pool and spa. Also, very trustworthy childcare. My only complaint is the small window they have for family swim time. There are only two hours on sat and Sunday that you can take your child to the pool(and on Sunday it’s during my daughter’ s nap time). I would love to take her on a weeknight after my workout. That’s the only thing that I don’t like and keeps me from a five star rating.

I am not an expert on fitness centers, this is the only one I have ever used. Most members are not exercise freaks, just average people using adequate equipment. They have a lap pool, sauna, dressing rooms, and racket ball courts on the first floor. On the second floor they have lots of machines with weights that I have never used. They have a lot of elliptical a of different types and treadmills. The second floor is a big room that seems to be invisibly divided into 4 areas, with two enclosed studios. One studio is empty except of free weights and balls, the other has stationary bikes pushed to the back of the room. During spin class, they pull the bikes out. There are full length mirrors on one wall of each studio and I think half mirrors in front of the weight benches, I have never used any of that stuff either. I have attended the beginner and intermediate classes and used the treadmill and elliptical. They have quite a few free weights and balls of all sizes, and bands of different tensions. There is a turn over of instructors and there are personal trainers. Around the whole area is a track divided into 3 lanes. There are little areas in each corner where a few people can workout together. There is parking underground as well as in front of the building. If you are looking for more than average equipment and selection, or are going to socialize, this is probably not the place for you. There are vastly different people there depending on time of day.

Nice health club; needs online scheduling and relatively pricey for Tulsa; nice people and free classes though.

Pretty good health club for t-town. Free towels, super nice locker rooms, a sweet indoor pool, friendly staff, updated machines(ellipticals, treadmills, bikes), and a-ok classes. Personally, if I was a single young professional, I wouldn’t be a member here. Yes, there are a good group of younger people who do belong here, but I’d have to say the majority either come from the hospital or are 50+. I took three spin classes here last week and they were not bad. The bikes are super old, the teachers are pretty old school and more aerobic vs strength and endurance oriented. I supposedly had one of the hardest teachers on Sunday and I will admit, I got my @$$ kicked by a bunch of 50+ year olds!
