I was in radiology department recently to have injections in my hips. Every nurse and the radiologist explained exactly what would be done, what drug would be used and how the procedure would go. There were no questions left to be answered. It went very smoothly and the results were very good. I had this done at another facility last year and there is no comparison. That was like assembly-line activity, care-less and impersonal. Get this done and be on your way, ma’am.

I have been going to the Warren medical group at this location for several years. This group continues to be mismanaged and on a downward slope. The scheduling is pathetic and the billing department is atrocious. Most of the good doctors(including mine) have moved on due to the incompetentcy of this place. As an example, I have called all day long today and have been placed on hold for at least 15 minutes just to leave a message for the nurse to get a prescription refill and still have not been able to do so. This place has absolutely no regard for your time. As far as the billing department goes, the same bill from almost a year ago for $ 32 keeps arriving from a law firm collection, and again and again they(aka, Warren/St Francis) are sent a receipt from their own billing department showing that the bill has been payed in full along with an idiot proof photo attached with all the information on it… No Warren Clinic, I refuse to pay you twice for the same bill so you can loose that information as well and keep repeating like a parrot it’s not in our system. I can’t even recall how many hours of my time I have wasted because of this places stupidity. Here again, I am attempting to leave a message for the doctors nurse so I can get a prescription refill. And the survey says… «Thanks for calling Warren Clinic, would you please hold»? All day long calling, and still can’t get through for a prescription refill or an appointment. Also FYI. Their ER is the same deal. They will get to you when they can but don’t mind taking your money. You also have a good propability of getting a misdiagnosis.

Had so much hope for this place because it is near my home. We had a baby there and did not have a good experience with some of the staff. Just didn’t seem setup for babies like we were used to at St. John’s hospital in downtown Tulsa. We had our fourth of five kids here and do not recommend. At least when we were there it was a ghost town on the baby floor. Shortly after having our baby at St. Francis, I was taken to the emergency area after suffering a head injury and broken arm from a dirt bike accident. The ER experience was horrible confirmed by my wife too who was even more aware of the details. The doctor that night may have been a newbie, but I left there without sutures for my cutup nose and have an unsightly scar to this day. The service was poor and my opinion is relatively prudent — not enflamed by our bad experience having a baby. At least with our two experiences, it doesn’t seem this hospital is seasoned with experience and quality care as it should be. I highly do not recommend.

This review ONLY reflects my experience during delivery with the evening nurse I had. I arrived at St. Francis L&D at 10:30−11pm on the 12th of August. Got checked into my room. Around 2am I told the nurse my water broke. She took a look said she still felt my bag, that it didn’t break and she looked at what did come out and mentioned it looked like meconium. She later comes back to the room says its probably not meconium and the doctor would be in to see me in the morning to break my water. My doctor shows up at 9am, ready to break my bag and states my bag is broke! So it did break! At 1:49pm I gave birth, to my son who was covered in meconium! Literally COVERED!!! They rushed him away from me and spent a good 45minutes clearing his lungs, his nose, etc! Now what pisses me off is this nurse ruined my experience! I wanted a picture of my hubby cutting the cord! Couldn’t do it because he was rushed away! I wanted him on my chest the moment he was born, nope it didn’t happen and I wanted to breast feed right after birth, nope also didn’t happen! Why? Because a lazy nurse didn’t take steps to insure my sons safety! A SIMPLE swab test would of shown my water broke! A qualified nurse wouldn’t state, «it’s probably not meconium!» She would know, or take every measure to make sure it wasn’t! He heart rate dropped twice during my labor, hmmm. maybe it’s because he was covered in poop for almost 12hours! Then the other nurse asks if my water broke at home or earlier! Umm NO! My bag was intake at 9:30am that day when I saw my Doctor and it was still in tact at 10pm at night when my mid-wife checked me! Plain and simple, the Hospital wanted to cover their butts! I am highly upset, this hospital will receive a letter in regards to my compliant and I hope this nurse gets in BIG trouble because if she does this again, that person’s son or daughter may not be so lucky! They would only get 1 star, but my morning nurse was amazing!

Great service, very happy that we will be having our child here! The gift shop is very cool, a must check out. Labor rooms are clean and very large. Nurses are kind and understanding. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone having a baby.
