My wife and I took our granddaughters here for dinner this evening and to start with they seated us at the back of the restaurant across from the kitchen door even though lots of other tables were open. The service was sorry and the food mediocre at best. I ordered a side of Italian sausage and after telling them that they forgot to bring it out with my spaghetti entrée they told me that it would be quite a while before they could make some more! Really? You are outbid Italian sausage at 6:00 pm and have to make it? Their fix was to offer me a «fresh» brownie(as hard as a rock) with ice cream I guess to soften the rock. Won’t be going back here again.

Had a Groupon so we figured we’d give it a try. The wedding soup was very nice. The rest of the food was mediocre. The server was in a major hurry, threw the straws and slammed the drinks on the table and was a tad flippant and arrogant. Last but not least. I really dislike being addressed as «you guys».

I’ve been here around 4 or 5 times and I just never walk away impressed. My most recent visit was in step with every other past visit. To the best of my knowledge there was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant but yet the service was so slow! The bread came out first…1 loaf for 6 people and a hungry 1 year old. Lets think about that for a second… I’ll leave that to the rest of you to figure out. The bread(after we were brought more at our request) was really good and I love their butter. I went with Spaghetti and meatballs. The flavor was somewhere else because it wasn’t on my plate. It was very bland to say the least. Not impressed. Our waiter was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I hate to leave a negative review and you can see from the rest of my reviews that I have mostly positive reviews but I have to be honest and Spaghetti Warehouse is just not cutting it.

Spaghetti warehouse was always a memorable favorite since my youth(understanding that it is not authentic Italian of course). In recent years I actually completely gave up on this place due to the underwhelming food. Always liked the vintage signs, décor and pinballs as well as the train caboose and cars inside the restaraunt. We recently returned to try it again and the food was great. The seven layer lasagne had returned to its former glory and the pasta dishes were great also. Still love the salads with the baked french bread and butter. There was a manager on site walking around in the dining area and it just seemed like everything with the service was flowing smoothly. I’ve been fooled before thinking SW had returned to its former self. Reading some of the recent negative reviews, now I’m not so sure. I really hope this place gets it together. I wouldnt think a business could survive getting negative ratings with every other review. Definitely will return for another visit after this last great experience. Will see if it will be worth a third visit.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this place is just awful. Worst service ever.(waited nearly 10 minutes for the hostess, then another 15 before being greeted at my table, I really should have just picked some place else to eat.) Sub par barrel describes the food. I loved this place as a kid. Idk what happened but it’s definitely disappointing.

1st time I went in to order, there was maybe 5 customers inside at the tables. I was directed to the bar to order a take-out by NOLESS than 8 people standing around the hostess podium. After 20 minutes or so, no bartender showed up to take my order. 2nd time going — placed was packed with people standing outside. Went to the bar to pick up an order that was called in 45 minutes prior to my arrival. Still had to wait another 30 minutes to get my food and pay for it — bartender kept going deep underground behind a wall basically ignoring everyone sitting at the bar until someone actually interrupted her yo-yo action to the kitchen. Other customers were complaining and a few walk-ins walked out after 10 minutes or so of waiting. I did order only an appetizer(garlic cheese bread) which wasn’t ½ bad but nothing that I easily couldn’t have made at home. 3rd time — had someone pick me up a cannoli — he was going there anyway. Their menu described it as «Light, crispy shells filled with sweet vanilla bean cannoli cream.» Not true. I only received 1 with my order and it was very small — almost mini. The shell was seriously overcooked and hard(to the brink of stale). The cream on the inside didn’t taste in the least bit like vanilla and with so much chocolate syrup over it, they might as well have called it a chocolate cannoli because once you cut/bite into it, chocolate is all you taste. No powdered sugar — no NY cannoli feel about it at all. Tastes like it came straight from Merrick’s(read: Reasor’s — they all taste the same). If there’s a restaurant downtown that needs a serious management overhaul, it’s this place. Each and every time I come in contact with this place, it’s the same story — slow/no service, mediocre food that tastes like something from a freezer. Nothing tastes handmade here.

Spaghetti Warehouse made a poor decision on Saturday that turned off hundreds of people. I personally will never eat there again. No big loss since I haven’t eaten there in years anyway. We were holding a charity event at Guthrie Green. Guthrie Green recommended a few places around the green that volunteers could park including Spaghetti warehouse. Our Charity event included live music. Just as our event began, a server came over and told one of our announcers that everyone in their parking lot would be towed if they didn’t move immediately. This included the keyboardist for the band that had donated their services for free and many volunteers. We had to stop the music and move our cars. Leaving our event barely staffed for 20 minutes or so. Spaghetti Warehouse could have made the choice to come over and handout a big stack of coupons. We would have mentioned their generosity from the stage and many of the 80 volunteers would have chosen to have dinner there that day or visit them another time. Instead, bad feelings abounded across all of the people attending and supporting the event. Spaghetti warehouse then decided to block of their parking lot and the one adjacent to them and put up a sign charging $ 10 to park in an attempt to profit from a charity fundraiser. No one parked there or ate there. Good job manager … I spoke with the coordinator of Guthrie a Green that day who said they don’t own all of that space and towing us would not have been done. She also said that this had never happened before. They chose a charity to vent their parking frustrations. We recognize the need for a business to have parking and make money, but it could have been handled very differently. There are so many other choices in Dining downtown. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

The only reason I’m giving this location two stars is bc magically the service for a very large group was quite fast. THATBEINGSAID… that’s bc nothing was cooked fresh so it came out as fast as fast food. Watery pasta, crunchy onions in the meatballs. I’ll forever be scarred from the disgusting mushroom appetizer. WHYISTHEREREDSAUCE on that? I’ve attached a photo of the meatball monstrosity. Do not eat here. You’ve been warned.

If you call taking a meat-something and covering it in a so-so red sauce and a ton of melted Mozzarella cheese«italian», well this is the place for you. I was hoping that I’d get a somewhat vegetarian meal and opted for the Pomedoro. I was rewarded with huge chunks of carrot, onion, green pepper and zuchinni, all uncooked and then covered in sauce. Have these folks ever heard of a slicer? The sauce was OK, but c’mon! That was slapdash cooking at it’s worst. The other guests were not that pleased with their meal and the waiter checked back only when we were almost done — in a restaurant that was almost empty! This place is a joke. Sorry, not a place I’d ever come back to.

Have been there once in a while because folks I sometimes work with in Tulsa like to go there… For a lunch special they are adequate for quick serve Italian… But we made the mistake of going there for lunch on a Sunday and it was way over priced for what it was. For some reason they give you the same weekday lunch sized poritons only charge you considerably more… can you say bend over? Wife had grilled chicken, she had to dunk piece of it into the soup to eat it because it was dry as a bone… Did I mention the black crusty crud on the grill marks? Oh well apparently cleaning the grill before they use it would be too much to ask so instead you get burned stuff from god known how long ago caked onto the chicken. My only personal problem beyond the overpriced food was the fact that for those prices I expect them to have decent parmesan that can be grated onto your food… Instead it was the dried powdered cheese like dust you find in cheap pizza joint and I was supposed to sprinkle that on my food. Sorry but it just isn’t worth the price.

My husband was working in Tulsa for the week and I decided to visit with the kids. He was staying in downtown so we looked for something nearby the hotel. The space itself seems like it needs to be updated. The service was okay. The food however was really bland, almost on the verge of horrible. My husband got the spicy shrimp pasta and that was alright. My son got the adult spaghetti and I got the chicken alfredo. Where in the world was our sauce? I definitely would not eat here again if we visit.

Officially the most disgusting meal I have eaten… EVER! It’s just gross cheap melted cheese on a plate with some form of pasta. Unfortunately, catering to a demographically obese clientele. Nothing more to say, my pictures will say it all. Puke!

If I could give no star I would. My boyfriend and I ate here and it was terrible. First off the whole place smelled of burnt popcorn. The staff had terrible attitudes cause they clearly hate their jobs. The spaghetti sauce is runny and the meatballs taste frozen. Not expensive but you will feel robbed paying anything above $ 7. Would definitely not go there. It’s a waste of money and an evening out.

Love the décor and the atmosphere, as well as the neighborhood. Plenty of free and close parking is also a plus. Service was also pretty good, both the hostesses and our waitress and servers were friendly and attentive. But, as for the food — we weren’t blown away. We’ve been to a couple of other Spaghetti Warehouses in other cities, but this was our first visit to the Tulsa location. While filling and a lot of food for the money, the spaghetti and meatballs just didn’t seem to stand out — like the equivalent of fast food spaghetti. The meatballs didn’t have a lot of taste to them, and the texture suggested a lot of fillers being utilized. As for the sauce, it seemed a bit too sweet, almost like canned. But, I did like the wedding soup quite a bit, and the bread was decent. We’ll most likely be back due to the pleasing prices, location and family friendly ambiance, but next time we’ll try something else on the menu.

If you’re looking for a basic Italian meal you will get it here. No frills menu. Not super delicious but good enough quality considering the price and service. It’s a huge place so you never really have to wait. I’ve been here about 10 times in the last 5 years with a big group of college kids each time and have always had a decent Italian meal. It’s about the level of an Applebee’s in terms of quality. You know what you’re getting and are not expecting something that it isn’t. I will keep coming back here with my groups because they are easy to please and never leave here unhappy.

Look, I’ve been to Italy — this place is by no means some authentic Italian food, but damnit it’s good, filling and it made me happy. I got to sit in a trolly car for god’s sake! In fact I had such a good experience that here is the exact review that I submitted to : We came for the cluster that is Hanson weekend. After a long day of bad food, standing in lines and fighting off the urge to kill people we were STARVING. Jordan and Spaghetti Warehouse for Men hooked it up. because of our mess of a day we lacked the ability to make life decisions, Jordan did the right thing and gave a sister lots of food and positive outcomes. Salad good. Bread amazing. Pasta awesome. Spaghetti Warehouse saved my life and helped me find Jesus, and his name was Jordan the server.

Fun atmosphere, easy parking, and a guard in the lot all located right in downtown. Very close to the ballpark and to Guthrie Green. I enjoy Spaghetti Warehouse when I get down there. I tend to be in a spaghetti and meatballs mood when I’m there. If you go that route, be ready to ask for extra sauce and then ask again for more. I’m not sure why the meat sauce is so special, but it’s frustrating as a customer to have to ask over and over. I attached a photo to try and show the lack of sauce. I still go every so often, but the lack of sauce always lowers it on the list of options. It’s a decent Italian place. No whole wheat noodle options, but they did mention a gluten free pasta option.

The restaurant offers a great menu of everything from spaghetti and meatballs to macaroni and cheese. The ambiance is very Oklahoma retro and casual. It is very welcoming. It was all decorated for Christmas! Today, my husband and I went out for lunch on a groupon and he ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with a Caesar salad. I ordered the kids macaroni and cheese with the garden salad. The meal was delicious and we also ordered the vanilla bean vanilla for dessert. Our check came to $ 3.56 with the groupon plus a tip. I would recommend Spaghetti Warehouse to anyone young and old.
